Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, any thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering , in wall clading and velley gutters complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of boarding, any description and fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work any description and fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall & ceilling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed witjh angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410 W (gde E 250 ) quality complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 0.50mm thick pre painted/coloured galvalum aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour in roofing having tensile strength 550 Mpa fixed with self tapping screws all as specifeed.

All as per item No. 8 above but plain sheet fix in valley gutter / ridge complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 12mm thick Gypsum board for ceiling, insulation and accoustic purpose 60x60cm in size fixed with screws with staples incl aluminium snap grid frame work 605x605 mm in flat/slopting ceiling with aluminium anodised grid work 35.60x23.60x1.60mm main Tee 23.60x23.60x1.60mm cross section and 26x26x1.60mm angle including 3mm dia GI wire suspender of suitable length aluminium cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster(any no of layers) on roof surfaces, cleaning the surfaces and removing the debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregates ) as in filling in levelling course one roof slab complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over rendering for work in isolated width such as in bands, sunk pannels, cornices, skirting sides of slabs, parapet sides and top drip moulds etc and similar work not exc 15 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for cleaning the plastered / concrete surfaces with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :-(a) Apply one coat of oil bituminous primer @ 0.20 kg/Sqm over concrete surface. (b) Laying APP Polimerised modfied membrane not less than 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 kg per Sqm by torch applicaton method. (c) The overlap for APP membrane shall be 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transverse direction. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminium paint @0.15 Kg/Sqm over the membrane. (e) The make / treatment shall be from the one of the following manufacturer:- (i) 'Moply FP' of M/s Texsa (I) Pvt Ltd (ii) 'Hyperplast' pf IWL India Ltd. (iii) 'Super thermpay' manufactured by M/s Shalimar tar product. (iv) 'Hydroflame' of M/s Hydrotech Ltd.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of capacity 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only water tanks of capacity 500 Ltr incl cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and mouth of circulating pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene double layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe spouts for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing of 15 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 05 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surface of ceiling in cement mortor 1:3 shall be even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete wall surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including 3% of WPC complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons laid and bedded and jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Marble work green marble 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with green marble shade complete all as specified.
