Hire charges for providing observation tower of size 5.00x3.60mx8.00m with casurina posts of size 8 to 10cm dia erecting into ground to a depth of 0.90m at 0.60m intervals tied with coir rope and platform at top provided with country wood planks of 40mm thick including 2 Nos. off light landing for stair case using 40mm thick country wood planks with necessary steps, landing and hand rails including sides alround should be covered with bamboo thatties covered with white cloths and removing the same after the function is over and as directed by the departmental officers. Hire charges for providing stand of size 5.00mX3.50x5.60m for TV photo graphics and commentary with necessary casurina posts and erecting into ground to a depth of 0.90m and platform at top provided with country wood planks of 40mm thick and tied with coir rope and nails and removing the same after the function is over and as directed by the departmental officers. Hire charges for providing Television camera tower for live coverage of Republic day celebration and flag hosting ceremony near Labour Statue at Marina for telecasting by Doordharsan of following sizes and different raisers with necessary casurina post of 10 to 13cm dia erecting into ground to a depth of 0.90m below ground level at 0.60m intervals on both ways tied with coir rope and nails and platform at top provided with country wood planks of 40 mm thick, including casurina ladders and tying the same with rope and nails. The platform top should be spreaded with coir mat neatly and the sides alround should be covered with white cloth. The entire arrangements are to be removed after the function is over. Hire charges for providing plank steps arrangement of flower pots for decorating the bottom portion of Labour Statue pedestal for a height of 13 steps on three sides with necessary casurina bullies with cross bracings including necessary plywood back drops on either side of pedestal to its full height and properly nailed the top of steps are to be provided with country wood planks 40mm thick. The entire arrangements are to be removed after the function is over.(Labour and hire charges only)

Hire charges for providing a G.I sheet of size 5.00mX3.00m for the CID Police with one thatti door in front and all the sides covered with bamboo mat thatties and the height at the edge 2.00m and as directed by the departmental officers. (Labour and hire charges only)

Hire charges for providing photographers stand for a length of 4.00m and a width of 11.80m with three steps having tread of 60cm and rise of 40cm and total rise of 120cm and total width of 180cm respectively. The stand top are to be provided with 40mm thick country wood planks fixed with CW joist runners supported by casurina post of 13 to 15cm dia at close intervals. Necessary cross and longitudinal bracings of 10 to 13cm dia casurina posts are to be provided and properly nailed and fixed in position so as to give proper stability for lens men. The entire arrangements are to be covered with best white cloth and properly fixed in position and the surface kept with out any undulation. The entire arrangements are to be removed after the function is over. (Labour and Hire charges only)

Hire charges for providing movable frisking (security check) booths of size 1.20mX1.20mx2.15m for frisking the visitors. The frame work for corner verticals of size 50mmX50mm CW scantling. Necessary cross bracings of size 50mmx25mm country wood scantling at top, bottom at 1.70m above ground level to make it stable while passing through the boots. All the joints should be properly nailed and fixed in position to make it stable the sides are completely covered with white cloth properly fixed in position with the nails and special pins. Both entrance and exit should be provided with blue cloth, suitable opening and closing arrangements for the visitors to enter and to leave the booths. Hire charges for providing plywood frame work over the top portion alround the temporary GI sheet roof shed made of country wood frame work covered with plywood properly nailed and fixed and as directed by the departmental officers. Hire charges for providing wooden runner barricading arrangements to a height of 1.20m and the casurina post and runners are covered with white cloth neatly around the wooden flooring North and south side of Labour statue and as directed by the departmental officers. Hire charges for providing wooden plug cards and for identify painting etc, complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire charges for providing temporary plywood partition wall with 6mm thick commercial plywood properly nailed both side, covered by colour cloths and fixing in position to give appearance and as directed by the departmental officers. Hire charges for Providing watch tower of size 5.00x3.50x6.00m using casurina post of 10 to 13cm dia and erecting pipe 0.90m below ground level and platform top provided with country wood plants 40mm thick at 6.00M height and tying the same with rope and nails and providing casurina ladder on side and as directed by the department officers. Hire charges for covering the ceiling with mull cloth of approved quality including formation of Special Type of ornamental decoration for the VVIP gallery of size 12.28x12.20m consisting three steps. The ceiling of leak proof pandal with Dravidar architecture and stage using manila tape bamboo thatti jute and making continous of 1.50m length through out the various colour ribbions and colour frill. Rate includes the charges for loading and unloading conveyance and fixing charges with necessary scaffolding etc., and as directed by the departmental officers and the same has removed after the function is over. Hire charges for providing Horizontal barricading 3 rows using casurina posts of 8 to 10cm dia between drums planted with casurina bullies filled with sand including tying with coir rope and removing the same after the function is over as directed by the departmental officers. Hire charges for providing for temporary plywood set work toilet of size 2.44x2.44m to be supported by country wood scantling of size 10x7.5cm at regular interval and erecting into ground to a depth of 0.60m and horizontal walling made of country wood scantling support at top middle and bottom with plywood covering both sides and also provided with entrance door of size 1.00x2.10m fixed in position finally the floor should be covered with C.W planks 40mm thick without any undulations and properly nailed. The sides of the plywood portions alround should be covered with cloth and properly nailed and fixed in position to give good apperance and as directed by the department officers. Hire charges for providing and fixing bamboo mat or GI sheet thatties in double layers with frame work using 5cm patches fixed vertically horizontally at 1.22m intervals including tying with binding wire and coir rope and covering with cloth lining on one side and as directed by the departmental officers. The entire arrangements to be removed after the function is over. (Labour and Hire charges only)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Hire Charges for providing the temporary steel truss shed of various size using iron pipes for stanchion of 0.15m dia and to a required height and using tublar section purlins, steel struses for a opening of 6.10m with pitched roof covered with galvanised iron sheet with rain proof, fire proof ZINC sheet pandal with steel trusse and MS angel purlins and finishing with the pre fabricated readily usable members with necessary bolts and nuts and stablity of the structure is ensured by the throughly checking the menbers again any of sliding an celllepshing should be water proof and the entire work such as erection, spreading the zinc sheet for the roof of VVIP's such as Excellency Governer of Tamil Nadu and Honorable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. Chief Justice of Madras High Court, Hornourable speaker of the Assembly and top officials in connection with the Repulic Day function. The ceiling top and sides are covered with white cloth and necessary decorations. The rate inclusive of loading conveyance, removing after the Republic Day celebration 26.01.2024 and as directed by the departmental officers.
