Supply, Install/errection, commissioning and testing of solar hot water heating system, includind stainless steel hot water tank suitable capacity with insulation,flat plate collector type based on indirect transfer of heat exchanger 2000 ltr per day capacity with electrical heating back up system complete accessories as per site requirement complete all as specified directed by Engr -in-Charge. and the following accessories as per site requirement for fully satifaction upto Engr-in-charge. Make:- V-Guard/Kamal solar /Suprme solar /Solar Sack or as approved.

M&L for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and dircted three layer white/black of capacity for 2000 ltr for solar water heater for raw water tank with necessary plumbing work as per site requirement complete accessories.-01 Nos Make:- Sintex/Plasto/Rotex/Polywell or as approved.

Material and labour for galvanised iron chanels,angles,I-beamps (GI) cross arms, bracings, supports, GI clamps and including GI nuts, bolts, washers and necessary fabrications,cutting, welding, bending colt or hot, drilling holes for nuts,bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of red oxide primer two coats and two coat of aluminuim anti corrosive paint complete work upto fully satisfaction by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc.ISI Marked IS-15801 lying in trenches/wallc/ceilings or in floors and necessary clamps, saddles etc complete of size outer dia 32 to 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PPR gate valve(Brass insert) of dia 40 mm fixing at near to building on wall upto one meter height complete all as spfd and directed.

Making connections of PPR pipes distribution branches with PPR main of following sizes of 50 to75 mm by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables, pipe lines, protection pipes and foundations etc and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well rammimg in layer n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls or concrete and applying two coats of oil bounded distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed
