Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres in Pick-Jumper Work

Excavation in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and nearly dressed in Pick-Jumper Work

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with Angle Iron 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. With wooden batten and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in (i) Vertical Surfaces such as walls ( any thickness) partition and the like icluding attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying in retaining wall and breast wall 10.0 Kgf/sq.cm working pressure unplasticized PVC Pipes ( Confirming to IS: 4985-1968) to make weep holes complete including making good the walls. (a) 100 mm nominal bore

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 Cement:5 Sand:10 Graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) with 15% Plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per HPPWD Specifications

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement:2 Sand:4 Graded Stone Aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work: foundation of plinth

Manufacturing and supplying of fencing panel of size 2.40 mx1.20 m fixed on all sides with ISA 40x40x5 mm as per drawing ( can be had from ESD office). Three pieces of similar section of 0.25 m long be fixed at the bottom frame & two pieces of 20x4 mm flat on both the vertical sides be fixed as hold fast. The operation of manufacturing shall including cutting of Hard-Drawn steel wire fabric square mesh of 3.0 mm wire and 25 mm pitch, Angle section & welding of wire mesh, angle with 20x4 mm flats on all four sides and applying a priming coat of steel primer after pretreatment of surface to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge
