Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet:- servicable material to be handed over to the Dptt. Including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : Of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area beyond 3 sq. metres, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Ordinary rock, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : (a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

(b) Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

© Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

(d) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

(e) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled , Hand roller/vibratory, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density . Over burnt (Jhama) brick aggregate 90 mm to 45 mm, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Sal wood, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked, IS : 1341, M.S. heavy weight butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete : (a)100x75x3.50 mm, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

(b) 75x60x3.10 mm, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 125 mm, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 250x10 mm, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete : 250x16 mm, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : 12.51.1 Ridges plain (500 - 600mm), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
