Supply and fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dyna or as equivalent

Materials and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes/tiles , complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed , Make : Somany or as equivalent

Materials and labour for Vetrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match to closure the tiles complete all as specified and directed. Materials and Labour for 10 mm thick screeding of cement mortar (1:3) for fixing wall tiles as in dado/skirting, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x350x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match , complete all as specified and directed.Make : Somany or as equivalent

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggt as in floor finished, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base of floors, plinth protection finished the surface of concrete fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement morter (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for applying two coats of OBD on new wall surface including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for applying two coats of OBD on Old wall surface including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 450mm long PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, 15mm cromium plated Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Esco or as equivalent

Supply and fixing in repairs, Stop valves 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy screwed down high presure, with crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Esco or as equivalent

Supply and fixing in repairs, cromium plated Pillar taps fency 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered `Hot' or `Cold' with long screwed shanks & fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Esco or as equivalent

Taking up or down 15 mm steel tubing/PVC/PPR pipes and connections complete from walls, ceilings or in floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 15mm outer dia 3-layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 (PN 16), UV stablised and antimicrobial fution welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets & staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to better rough finished surfaces of concrete flat, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Extra for forming fair finishing to surfaces drain/channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/clearing of IWC/EWC by roding, gully trap/floor trap incl CI pipe/PVC pipe upto first manhole by roding, taking out all residue incl waste and testing by pouring water after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Contractor should resolve the complain within 24 Hrs and should give feedback to the Engineer in charge).

Cleaning of Cast iron/PVC Sewage/drain pipe fixed on wall of 75/150mm bore by roding taking out all residue from the lines/manholes including water depositing at a distance not less than 20 mtr in ditch finally covering the ditch with earth and spraying unslacked lime on the covered ditch as well as around the manholes to make hygienic including excavation of ditch testing of line by furnishing water after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Contractor should resolve the complain within 24 Hrs and should give feedback to the Engineer in charge).

Dewatering/Desludging & cleaning of manhole (1st manhole only) of any depth, any size, taking out water mixed with sludge and solid sludge incl any foreign materials such as stone, tree hedges etc, removing and depositing sludge aty a distance not less than 20 meter in a ditch incl necessary excavation of pit and covering with earth & spraying unslaked lime n the covered ditch as well as around the manholes with water after desludging complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/clearing of sewage line (incl manhole except 1" manhole) 75 mm to 350mm bore of any description under ground any depth, removing any type of blockage incl desilting, descaling and de-chocking from drain as well as from manhole with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacum) type machine mounted on LMV/HMV having facility of high pressure vacum incl provision of hydrolic application through high pressure thermoplastic fiber base water jetting hose and through conical round shaped nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning incl cleaning of manhole, sludge water shall be disposed of directed incl taking of manhole cover and refixing the same after cleaning. (Note : Contractor should resolve the complain within 24 Hrs and should give feedback to the Engineer in charge).

Repair / servicing including trouble shooting /repair of geyser 25 to 50Ltrs capacity checking of serviceability of individual parts such as thermostat, heating element, pressure release valve, inlet/outlet connections etc, replacing worn-out fasteners and defective components and testing including taking down the geysers and refixing the same after repairs. Note : All the unserviceable spares to be replaced will be measured and paid separately as supply only or to be provided by the deptt. Rate quoted shall include replacement of worn-out fasteners.

Supply only heater coil of geyser 1.5 KW as per existing make / model / size conforming to relevant IS.

Supply only thermostat for any type /make/capacity of geyser .

Supply only pressure release valve 15mm dia with new one for any type /make/capacity of geyser .

Supply only PVC flexible connection of 15 mm dia 600 mm long with check nuts suitable for cold/hot water connection of geysers

Supply & Fix 20 mm Non return valves, cast copper alloy, for GI Pipes pipe all as directed

Taking down the copper or steel container carefully from the geyser, descaling, rectifying leakage by braising, resetting the insulating (glass wool), testing for the required pressure replacing rubber gaskets, worn-out fasteners etc,. with new ones complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down exhaust fan of any size type and make after disconnecting the electrical connections ,cleaning, servicing , greasing removing and replacing all the unserviceable spare ,painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by means of suitable spray gun after cleaning and prepairing the suface including writing the MES No. ,fixing and connecting the same back to the original location all as directed. (Note for item No. 45 : (i) All the unserviceable spares to be replaced will be measured and paid separately as supply only or to be provided by the deptt. (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of painting and minor spares such as split pin , screws washers etc.)

Supply only ball bearing suitable for exhaust fans 300/450/600 mm dia sweep.

Supply only Capacitor 4 mfd for fans.

Supply only 1.5 Sqmm Single Core Multi Stranded FRLS Copper Wire fans, exhaust fans/wall mounting fan etc.

Taking down old burnt out copper winding wire from exhaust fan of any sweep and rewinding by using the same gauge of copper wire super enameled including heating and varnishing,cleaning, servicing,greasing ,refixing at siteand testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified & directed.
