Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sunken floor treatment by providing injection pressure grouting treatment using cement slurry mixed with grout admixtures non shrink additive using 40 PSI pump, preparation of surfaces, applying two coats Flexible Cementitous Waterproofing Membrane coating of 1mm thick, providing 20mm thick water proofing screed bed/plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid integral water proofing compound, and applying two coats of Bituminous waterproofing protective coating over plastered surface complete all as specified, as per Manufacturer's instruction and all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: The work shall be executed through authorised applicator.

Taking down existing roof treatment in any position with bituminous felt including backing off the cement plastered surface of any thickness in roofs (other than ground floors), beams, chajjas, staircase etc and removing debris outside MD land where as directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling of existing old padding concrete of any thickness of existing water proofing treatment over the RCC slab other than beams, chajjas, staircase etc by chipping of with proper tools viz chisel and with applying reasonable force so as to avoid any damages to exiting RCC roof slab complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling/padding course on roof slab, chajjas, projections on similar surfaces existing with slope, making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including using liquid water proofing compound as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete. Note: Supply of Integral water proofing compound will measured and paid separately.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs, rounded or chamfered edges, making the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including using liquid water proofing compound as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete. Note: supply of Integral water proofing compound will measured and paid separately.

Taking down cement plaster on parapet walls, chajjas, suspended slabs or similar walls. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid integral WPC as per manufacturer instructions, finished fair and even with using extra cement, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of parapet walls, chajja/slab drops etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: supply of Integral water proofing compound will measured and paid separately.

M&L for extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels, cornices, skirtings, drip moulds and similar work exceeding 15 cm but not exceeding 30 cm in width or girth; including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane, 4mm thick and weighing not less than 4.5 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished weighing not less than 160 gm/ sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree Celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300N/Sqcm, side lap & end lap 10 cm with torch application of membrane, over compatible primer @ 0.40 ltr/ sqm and finishing with aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 kg/ sqm complete all as specified and directed.
