Excavation in foundation in soil mixed with mooram, shingle, kankar requiring the use of special tools & plants such as pickaxes, sabbals etc.including lift upto 1.50 m.and lead upto 30 m.includung filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches. The earth from excavation to be used in making embankment with in 30 M distance as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (As per MORTH 301) including all material, labour, T&P, royality, labour cess but excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (MORTH 305) including all material, labour, T&P, royality, labour cess but excluding GST.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. including all material, labour, T&P, royality, labour cess but excluding GST.

Wet Mix Macadam (Stablized WMM) - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam mixing 3.50% emulsion SS and 1% cement (as per ENC letter no. 368camp-ENC Vikas/01 Circular/16 dated 04-09-16 specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. including all material, labour, T&P, royality, labour cess but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tackcoat with VG-10 bitumen using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg. per sqm. On the prepared bitumenous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-40) @ 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No. 507)

Providing and applying tackcoat with VG-10 bitumen using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. On the prepared bitumenous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (MORTH clause 503) including all material, labour, T&P, royality, labour cess but excluding GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-40) @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No. 509)

Cement concrete with 4 cm. gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 (M-10) including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per MORTH 12.4) including all material, labour, T&P, royality, labour cess but excluding GST.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. including all material, labour, T&P, royality, labour cess but excluding GST.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. including all material, labour, T&P, royality, labour cess but excluding GST.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete (M-40 grade) pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement as per design mix, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. including all material, labour, T&P, royality, labour cess but excluding GST.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. including all material, labour, T&P, royality, labour cess but excluding GST.

Supply and laying of 900 mm dia NP-3 Hume pipe including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. including all material, labour, T&P, royality, labour cess but excluding GST.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications. including all material, labour, T&P, royality, labour cess but excluding GST.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical Specifications including all material, labour, T&P, royality, labour cess but excluding GST.
