Supply and fixing in replacement of pressure die-cast LED street light 60 W with IP 66 protection , deep drawn Aluminium houseing in grey finish with clear acrylic and cast aluminium pipe mounting attachment and consisting of all accessories all prewired complete and making necessary connection by using 3 runs of 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable and testing on installation all as specified and directed. Make-Havells/Wipro/CG/Philips/Bajaj.

Supply and fix in replacement LED flood light luminaire 120 W with pressure di-cast aluminium housing with heat tempered toughned glass and IP 65 protection with surge protection alongwith necessary fitting arrangements as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make-Havells/Wipro/CG/Philips/Bajaj.

Supply and fix in replacement garden/path way light with 8 W LED with pressure dia-cast powder coated housing with PC diffuser & IP 65 protection with alongwith necessary fitting arrangements like cables connectors etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make-Havells/Wipro/CG/Philips/Bajaj.

Supply and fix in repair new generation post top energy saving environmental friendly long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution spun aluminium land scape luminaire with high power LED as light source of 25 W and fixed on GI Pipe with MS clamp, nut & bolts and including connecting up with suitable size of copper conductor cable from junction box including taking down of old lights complete all as specified and directed. M&L for provision of bracket on steel/PCC poles for fixing of street light fittings, bended to shape, made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade, 1.2 mtr long fixed with and including clamps made from mild steel flat of size 40x5mm, MS clamps bolt, nuts and washers complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of FRP pole box of size 25cm x 20cm x 10 cm depth fabricated out of 4 mm thick with locking arrangement, hinged door, suitable to accommodate of FRP insulators for taking branch connection of street light from LT UG Cable and fixed in any position with pole using clamps made out of MS flat of size 25 x 3mm thick cut and bend to necessary shape, including MS nut, bolt and washers etc and including providing MCB SPN of suitable capacity, all as specified and directed. Make: sintex Cat No GS-JB-2520-NF or equevalant as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in replacement, two runs of single core, PVC insulated 2.5 Sqmm cables with copper conductor alongwith one run of 1.5 Sqmm copper cable as earth conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement rigid non-metallic PVC conduit exclusive of junction boxes but inclusive of all Tees, bends elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube end and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles pipe hooks etc and fixing to poles with 3 Nos MS clamp with nut/bolts and washers of size 20 mm dia. etc all as specified.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed nominal cross section 10 Sqmm 4 core in service connections.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed nominal cross section 10 Sqmm 2 core in service connections.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, laying pipes/elect cables etc, and getting out.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified in soft/ loose/ hard / dense soil.

Removing excavated materials of soil not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point

Supply & spreading river sand to required width at bottom and top for cable cushioning (not less 18 cm thick in layer after punning) all as specified in SSR Part-I.

Supply and lay common burnt old size bricks of sub class B laid at right angle on the cable complete in trenches for cable protection complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L GI tubing light grade galvanized with all fittings of size 50mm dia for fixing of post top lanterns/Road crossing etc.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cmx6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connecting with steel GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolt nut check nuts and washers including PCC pit with 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and frame cover of angle iron 25x25x6mm, MS sheet 3mm thick, and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering common salt chorcoal funnel wiremesh, earthwork in any type of soil returning filling in and removal of soft/loose soil to a distance n. exc 5 mtr including earth test point and making connections, testing on completion all as per electric plate No 5 of SSR Part-I and including taking down of old U/S eartning materials as directed by engr-in-charge at site.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate for mass filling in pole pit, coping and foundation etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate for mass filling in pole pit, coping and foundation etc, complete all as specified and directed.
