Maintenance of swimming pool of capacity 4.5 lakhs gallons including maintenance of water parameters as per IS 3328 : 1993 quality tolerances for water for swimming pools all as specified and as directed by Engineer In charge. (a) Suction sweeping the bottom of the entire pool for a period of two hours (4 AM to 6 AM) for bailing out the sediments. (b) Removing all floating particles by using net before 6 AM Note: Rate deemed to be inclusive of weekly water sample test Certificate from Government approved recognised Lab.

Servicing pressure filter of capacity 2 x 25000 LPH by opening pressure filter and taking down filter media of different sizes approximately (10000 Kg)carefully, opening the strainer and reset the same after replacement of filter media cleaning filter nozzles with pressure water, refill the filter bed with fresh media and cleaning the pebbles /20mm / 10mm / 40 mm / 2mm topping up the short fall with new media, servicing the backwash system, replacing the un serviceable pressure gauge, testing and commissioning all as directed.

Servicing pressure filter of capacity 45000 LPH by opening pressure filter and taking down filter media of different sizes approximately (10000 Kg)carefully, opening the strainer and reset the same after replacement of filter media cleaning filter nozzles with pressure water, refill the filter bed with fresh media and cleaning the pebbles /20mm / 10mm / 40 mm / 2mm topping up the short fall with new media, servicing the backwash system, replacing the un serviceable pressure gauge, testing and commissioning all as directed.

Cleaning of balancing tank of swimming pool of capacity 10000 ltrs by cleaning the balancing tank with high pressure water jet to remove all masses, algae and dirt, taking out dirt and sludge with sludge machine and disposing the same to a safe distance, scrubbing the internal walls and floor with industrial vacuum cleaner and finally applying anti bacterial sterilization to walls and floor of balancing tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding of burnt out fire pump motor up to 75HP capacity with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and size providing insulating materials such as fibre glass tape , varnishing (make-Doctor) heating up assembling in the electric motor , testing and commissioning complete including replacement of bearings /bushes by using hydraulic press for testing to full load all as specified and as direcetd . Note:- Rates quoted shall be inclusive of cost of dismantling and re-fixing of the motors and transportation of the motors to the local workshop and back.

Checking cleaning entire fire alarm panel checking wirings, contactors , lamp indications and earthing of electrical control panel checking nozzles , gauges, checking and replace of defective nozzles and alaram hooter complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
