M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x450x 7mm thick as in dado with and including 10mm thick rendering for bedding layer in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound of approved make

M&L water proofing treatment to RCC Roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatement/specified from bottom to top :- (a) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surfaces of Roof including parapet surfaces. NOTE : Bituminious primer shall be 'MASTIC' manufactured by M/S STP LTD or 'TEXSA' (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturer, 3mm thick weight not less 3.50 Kgs/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flushing in a coat of aluminium paint over roof surfaces. (i) Laying APP based polymeric membranes shall be done by torch on method as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm shall be made and at the end 75mm shall be made at the sides of the polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per Manufacturer's instructions. (c) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint over top of APP membrane.

Disconnecting existing tanks, set aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 250 Ltrs but nexc 500 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair ball valves 20 mm dia high pressure of PTMT with expxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball scfrewed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 gms) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corruggations side lap fixed with coach screws/ 'J' hooks/L bolts and washers in roof,wall etc including taking down old unserviceabe translucent corrugated sheeting of any description/pattern complete all as specified and directed.
