Credit to work on account of demolishing old permanent structure G+2 storied existing building having plinth area of approx. 4500 sqm. in the campus of Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, Vikaspuri. (School ID: 1514017), New Delhi on as and where basis including removal of debris, malba, unserviceable material and old serviceable materials from the site complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The contractor shall visit the site to access the value of old building structure before quoting the rates of this item.) This item includes the following operations:- (a) Providing and erecting 12.00 metre high temporary barricading using square hollow section sections & pre-coated galvanized iron profile sheet sheet at site as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during demolishing at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipment and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the Contractor till completion of the work). The work includes barricading of entire building area to be demolished, approx. 200 mtrs length. (b) Demolishing / dismantling of old G+2 storied by providing the scaffolding wherever required. (c) Demolishing / Dismantling of brick work & R.C.C. work in foundation and refilling the trenches with soil earth which cost is inclusive of ramming and watering. (d) Taking out all old dismantled serviceable materials. (e) Disposal of Malba & unserviceable materials by means of transportation which involves loading, unloading and dumping the same to the nearest approved municipal dumping ground for all leads & lift complete including levelling & dressing the ground to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (f) The demolishing work will be carried out with compliance of all NGT guidelines with providing all safety measures. (NOTE:- The rate shall include cost of all operations mentioned above. Nothing extra beyond quoted rate shall be paid on any account.)
