Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture ( Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. Applying one self-priming coat of acrylic emulsion coating of Unicem "Rakshak" brand by thinning 1ltrs of paints with 1ltrs of water over freshly plastered wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as specified and directed by the department.

Finishing wall with two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior coatings of Unicem "Rakshak" brand of required shade by thinning 1ltr. of paint with 750ml of water to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in girth/width after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt snd other foreign matter , sand papering and knotting. (a). With ready mixed paint , Wood primer (pink)

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. Pre construction anti - termite treatment in the back fill in immediate contact with the foundation structure after completion, column, wall etc. to a depth of 450mm and width 300mm (when required refill in 200mm thick layers) applying the emulsion @ 5 (five) litres per square meter towards the concrete and masonry walls so as to ensure earth in contact with the structure well treated - with chemical (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete. a) with aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (tricel or euivalent) and water, i.e. 1% solution.

Pre construction anti - termite treatment by applying in the junction of walls, column with the floor before laying floor and after operation of item no. 26.1.3 above making a channel 30mmx30mm all over the walls and making rod holes @ 150mm apart up to ground level below and applying emulsion @ 11 litres per square meter of vertical plinth wall surface inside the building so as to soak the soil with the emulsion up to the ground level and refill the holes and channel with the original materials obtained in making channels (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete. a) with aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (tricel or euivalent) and water, i.e. 1% solution.
