Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item - A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts leveling ramming the foundation treanches, removing roots of trees, and shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I. BCD 5.1.1

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. With Grading-III Material. RCD 4.1 B (iii)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. RCD 6.02

Earth filling in foundaion trenches and plinth in layers not exceding 150 mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (mode of measurement compacted volume). BCD 5.1.7

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete. BCD 5.3.17.1

Providing labour for site clearance and bush cutting all complete.

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials,labour, royalty and taxes all complete job as per specification and direction of E/l.( Mode of measurement compacted volume ) BCD 5.1.10

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level. 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size. BCD 5.3.1.2

Providing random rubble stone masonary in CM(1:4) in foundation and plinth with hammer dressed stone of less than 0.03 M3 in volume and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including cost of screening, raking out joints to 20 mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I Commom Part A (5.2.28)

Providing random rubble stone masonary in CM(1:4) in superstructure with hammer dressed stone of less than 0.03 M3 in volume and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including cost of screening of material, scaffolding, raking out joints to 20 mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I Commom Part A (5.2.31)
