Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F. 4. This item shall be executed at roof level for Screed Concreting.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various pattems and sizes for precast plain solid units, exhaust fan moulds, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using 380 Kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in schedule F. 2. The rate of concrete shall include all labour equipment charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 3. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, cage ladder, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing, fabricating and fixing Stainless steel chequered plates,ladders using SS304L grade Stainless Steel pipes, Square sections, cage ladder, plates etc. of approved size and make and quality by cutting to required size, welding, mirror / matt polishing , fixing at site etc. for trench cover, ladders including special sections and anchor fasteners for fixing as per drawings, specifications complete . A sample to be fabricated and to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before starting of work at site . This work to be executed through approved specialized agency.

Providing and constructing 200mm thick precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:5 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm Grade C (5.0), manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1): 2005 density not less than 2100Kg/cum. at all Elevation including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing 100mm thick precast concrete solid block masonry wall in cement mortar 1:4 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x100mm in superstructure including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing required thk precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:5 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm Grade C (5.0), manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1): 2005 density not less than 1800Kg/cum. at all Elevation including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick rubber moulded with vibratory compaction Factory made cement concrete precast Interlocking paver block of M30 grade made and approved size, shape, design, colour & pattern including laid over 100mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, compaction mechanically etc. all complete all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before procurement.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications

Providing Rough cast plastering 20mm thick at all elevations and levels consisting of 8mm thick rough cast in cement mortar 1:3 using 6mm to 10mm size hard granite stone, over a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5 for external faces, including scaffolding, curing, providing grooves wherever required complete all as per specification & drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 50mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring with Metallic concrete hardener topping consisting of under layer 38 mm thick using N30 grade concrete with graded stone aggregate 20 mm size and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement + ironite hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, in which 1 part ironite hardening compound is mixed to 4 part cement by weight or as per manufacturers specifications, including providing & fixing glass dividing strip of 40x3 mm wherever required, necessary compaction, filling joints, neat cement finish, curing, cleaning the base etc. complete all as directed by the EIC

Providing and fixing Gypsum False ceiling Tiles, 600x600x15mm of Armstrong or approved equivalen make, pattern & design in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 170 gms/Sqm) consisting of main “T” runner suitable spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.33mm thick (minimum) sheet spaced at 1200mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x27mm made of 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600mm and size 24x25mm made of 0.33mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, wherever, required, cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats fixed to ceiling with 6mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized level clips spaced at 1200mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24mm of all “T” sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete at all heights as per specifications drawings and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing cement plaster skirting in cement mortar 1:3, 18mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing, making uniform height, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area all as per specifications and as directed y the Engineer.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor/wall tiles confirming to IS 15622 of approved make in approved size, shade and colour (as approved by Engineer-in-charge), free from cracks, fissures & flake with straight edges & perfect corners fixed at right angies as per design and pattern required over abed of 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3), including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile, properly finished in al respects, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runers, conection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safely features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Interior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming to IS 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipment, materials, labour, etc.., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.

Supply and application of 2 or 4 coats of Epoxy paint from approved manufacturer & approved shade and approved colour to interior walls, columns, beams, ceiling gantry platform and as indicated in the drawings upto 24m elevation, including scaffolding, staging and approch ladder etc., including preparation of the surface to be painted, by surface grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter, open voids, water cleaning, protecting the plate EP's, pipe EP's, closed steel boxes, edge angles with masking tape, applying primer coat, one coat of putty mixed with epoxy, filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by approved wall putty mixed with epoxy, removal of roughness in plastered surface with one or two coat of putty, applying epoxypaint by airless spray gun or roller brush with necessary ventilaton system, exhaust fans for proper release of gas, all materials, tools - tackles, equipment, materials, labour, necessary cleaning equipment, etc,. all complete as per manufacturer specification at all elevations and directed by the EIC. Note: Rate includes following 1. Two or more shade with 250 or 500 micron thickness shall be envisaged in a single wall. 2. Wetfilm thickness and Dry film thickness shall be checked at frequent intervals and as per QA requirements. 3. Rate shall also include preparation of concrete/ wall surface by breaking (if required), chipping, surface grinding and making the concrete surface smooth by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering as indicated by EIC. 4. Painting in confined areas also envisaged in this item. Embedments / equipments available in the room shall be protected with masking tape or by alternate arrangements.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to given an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and filling sunken portions of toilet slabs etc., with brickbats of 25 mm nominal size, sandwitched with 1: 2: 4 (one part cement : two part sand : four part of brick jelly) ncluding cleaning the surface, laying the brickbats in single / multiple layers, applying cement slurry, mixing pure acrylic based water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer and laid to proper gradient including finishing to receive tiles.

Supplying and fixing Rolling shutters of approved make as per ISI standards made out of required size of MS Laths interlocked together throughout entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipes shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside & outside locking with Push and Pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs grade No. 2, and M.S Top cover of required thickness for Rolling Shutters.

Supplying, fabrication and fixing Steel doors with metal frame of size 125 x 65 mm made out of minimum 1.2 mm thick Galvanised steel, frame shall be received in knock down or welded condition with bottom tie rods and corner right angle plates for frame rigidity, minimum 3 nos. anchor bolts on each side, fixed in PCC 1:2:4, Steel flush shutter of 40 mm thick made out of prime quality galvanized steel sheet of minimum 0.8 mm thickness mounted on frame work of ‘C’ channel, filling with insulated spun mineral wool / Honey comb core, providing insulated glass vision panel of size 200 x 300 mm of 6 mm thick toughened glass with sealant in each shutter, with ironmongery as given below / approved. Further include painting using epoxy powder coating technology as per RAL shade complete as per drawing. Payment will be made based on clear structural openings. Door frame shall also be filled with light weight material / cement grout. Providing and fixing 5mm thick Polypropelene plastic lattice system of approved design, colour and size at all elevations including fixing with Anodized aluminium frame work or other approved frame work, sealing the joints with required sealants, etc., all as per drawing and specification and as directed by Engineer In Charge. (Note: Rate for frame work with Aluminium will be paid for seperately under relevant item)

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium tower botts of size 200 x 10mm (Barrel Type) ISI marked (IS: 204) of approved make (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing AI hanging Heavy Quality floor door stopper ISI marked with Twin Rubber stoppers, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to req. colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Sample to be approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 4 Lever Dead /Mortice Lock 'Godrej/Everite' or other approved equivalent make suitable for aluminium door with a pair of keys complete all as per specification and drawings.

Chemical anchoring of TMT bars Fe500D grade steel reinforcement of dia upto 20mm embedding in RC structures including power drilling holes of appropriate diameter in reinforced or plain cement concrete upto depth minimum 10 times dia of the rebar or as per manufacturer specification, cleaning and filling the hole, fixing the reinforcement in position with RE 500 chemical of HILTI make or equivalent anchoring adhesives and finishing, scaffolding etc all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1. Reinforcement will be measured and paid under relevant item. 2. Holes fouling with embedded steel shall be grouted at your own cost.

Supplying, fixing & jointing the Rain water 200mm dia G.I. Collar Flange over existing puddle flange with bolt and nuts at all levels including rubber casket for upvc pipe joints, labour charges tools and tackles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
