Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc0.5cum, getting out in hard rockl, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm thick and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m and making good surface, complete all as specified.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on brick or concrete surface of any description, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing roof trusses(framed ) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee,angle, channel or flat section) including distances pieces cleats etc fixed in position conforming to Fe-410(Gde 250) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel work in tubluar truss including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to I s 1161-1979 grade st 240 etc confirming to fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A all as specified as directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/cladding and fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified.(Make-JSW Coloron plus AZ-150 or eq.)

Material & labour 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in sub base etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubberised moulded glossy finished any shape & size conforming to IS- 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness M-30 Grade with grey cement & pigment over and including average 40 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick/stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar or stone walls built in mud mortar depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb n.exc half brick into the wall for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4(12.5mm graded aggregate) as, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with kiln burnt bricks built in cm (1:6) using sub class 'B' bricks of compressive strength not less than 35 Kg/Sqcm straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius with old size bricks all shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in concealed and PVC casing caping with all accessories as required and directed by Engr-in charge, fixed on the surface of Wall/ roof/ceiling / dash fasteners/ wooden gutties and cadmium plated screws as per IS on existing/new if required at site sunk type CI/GI Steel/Wooden terminal with suitable for regular/Modular boxes with 3 mm thick laminated sheet concealed in wall etc. including 1.5 sqmm unsheathed copper continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly.
