Supply, installation, testing and commissioning step down transformer, 11/.433 KV, copper wound, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, Trolley mounted, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, Level-2, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tapings on HT side to vary secondary voltage up to ±7.5% with step ± 2.5% including suitable cable entry boxes on LT and bushings on HT side complete in all respects with standard accessories Dyn -11 connection of capacity 630 KVA complete all as specified and directed. Salient features of transformer are as under:- (a) Transformer shall be oil immerse, naturally self cooled cooper wound, winding core type, MS radiator cool tank compete with first fill of transformer oil plus 5% spare oil as per IS 335 of 1993. the temperature of oil shall not rise more than 50 degree centigrade and 55 degree centigrade of winding. Transformer shall be painted with 2 coats of epoxy paint as per IS-632. Transformer must have ratings of Energy efficient level-2 and energy conservation (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessasry test certificate to be produced by contractor from manufacturer of the transformer and tested as per latest verision of IS codes IS 1180 (Part-I) : 2014 with 1,2,3 or latest amendment. (b) The following standard accessories shall also be provided :- (i) Rating and diagram plate (ii) Earthing terminals 2 Nos (iii) Lifting lugs (iv) Thermometer pocket (v) Air release hole with plug (vi) Tap changer with locking provision (vii) Conservator with oil indicator. (viii) C.I. Rollers with locking provision with Trolley. (ix) Silica Gel breather complete. (x) MS terminal box on LT site. (xi) Oil temperature indicator with maximum & minimum temperature rise indicator. (xii) Plain breathing device which would not permit ingress of rain water and insects. (xiii) Drain-cum-sampling valve (3/4" nominal size thread) preferably steel with plug, (xiv) Oil filling hole (1-1/4" Nominal size thread) with cover (for transformers without conservator) (xv) Necessary channel on bottom of Transformer for fixing the transformer with joint and stopper. Note:- (i) Transformer drawing shall be got approved by Rep of Accepting Officer before placing of order. (ii) OEM of Transformer must obtain BIS certificate and complainces with Engergy Efficiency Level (Star Rated by BEE) for each rating of Transformer and valid Type Test report is also mamdatory for each rating of Transformer.

Supply, installation, including design of Trolley for installation of 630 KVA distribution transformer consisting of mild steel flat size 2.8 mtr (length) x 2.2 mtr (width) having minimum load carrying capacity 2.5 Ton, out door type, protection fencing of height 1.5 Mtr made out of square wire mesh size 2"x2" wire size 2.25 mm anchoring with 45mmx45mmx5mm thick angel iron and MS Channel 100MC including suitable door with hinges and locking arrangement duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, four Nos Eicher Wheels with suitable load springs, channels and suitable towing hook rotation bearing with standard fittings complete all as specified and directed including the following accessories:- (a) Trolly should be made of MS steel and should be provided with four wheels. (b) Chassis of suitable size should be fabricated with MS channel and the platform made of MS cheqered plate 6mm thick welded at the bottom. (c) Frame of trolly shall be of size 2800mm x 2200mm x 1500 mm suitable for 630 KVA transformer size. (d) Wire mesh 10 SWG up to height 1500mm welded to side walls (e) Rear door shall be fixed by Hinges and locking arrangement (f) Axle (2 Nos double end) (g) Rim (4 Nos) 7.50 x 16 with tubeless tyres incl a spare Rim with tubeless tyre. (h) Suspension with spring leaf 04 Nos. (j) Screw jack - 04 Nos. (k) All the metal parts of trolley shall be painted with two coats of sky blue enamel paint over red oxide primer after preparation of new steel surface. (l) Danger notice board background red paint and letters white colour shall be provided on both side of the trolley. (m) Tyre Puncture kit - 01 Set Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall includes minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, earth terminals etc. (ii) Trolley drawing shall be got approved by GE before placing of purchase order.

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubicle type floor mounted LT panel having size 1.20 x 1.00 x 0.500 mtr, CPRI approved, Outdoor type factory fabricated made out of CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thickness outer shell and inner shell made out of 2mm thick , fully enclosed and angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 x 6mm thick and T section with front openable double door shutter, dust and vermin proof and rear opening complete with locking arrangement, having a system of bus bars of aluminium of suitable size of 900 Amps duly insulated and mounted on Epoxy/porcelain insulators in totally enclosed chamber with three phase and neutral 415 volls, AC, system prewired with suitable copper wire PVC insulated with all control accessories, provn of suitable cable glands, duly powder coated of approved quality over a coat of red primer with sufficient free space complete all as specified and directed to include the following accessories:- Busbar (a) Aluminium busbar of capacity 1200 Amps wrapped with PVC sleeves having with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with brass nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 Nos. INCOMING (a) ACB, 800 Amps, MDO type Thermal magnetic release, 4 poles, 415 Volts, Lcu = 50 KA breaking capacity, rating including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links - 01 No. OUTGOING (a) MCCB, adjustable thermal magnetic release type, 4 poles, 415 Volts, Ics = 100% Icu, 36 KA breaking capacity, rating 400 Amps-02, 250 Amps -01, 160 Amps 01 including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links. (b) Multi function meter with KWH, voltage, Amp, frequency meter as per incoming load with CTs of suitable rating. Make AE/L&T/Havells (c) Enamelled iron danger notice plate of 1.60 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 200 mm X 150mm , white with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with nuts and bolts on door / shutter of JB for LT -01 No. Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) Cost of marking description and matter on the front door as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate.

Supply, jointing & testing 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. (NOTE:- Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe & brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule 'A' part).

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of underground cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strips armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor HT 11000 volts grade and 95 sqmm 3 core cross sectional area conforming to latest IS and ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.
