1. Providing of manpower for Preventive Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations of 11KV Sub- Station at ASR 28/10, ASR/MSSR, ASR 29/11 in Operational Area round the clock (24*7), Seven days in a week for shift duty (including reliever) (One Month)

(a) Electrician - 4 No. for Shift Duty

(b) Khallasi - 4 No. for Shift Duty

2. Providing of manpower for Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations including attending of emergency breakdowns of all critical NAV-Aids sites, A-SMGCS units etc. in Operational Area in GENERAL SHIFT or as decided by EIC (Six Days in a week i/c holidays). (One Month)

(a) Electrician - 03 Nos. in General Shift

(b) Khallasi - 03 No. in General Shift

3. Preparation & submission of various reports related to schedule and breakdown maintenance for electrical operation & maintenance as required. Computer shall be provided by AAI. The job is to be carried out as & when required. (One Month)

4 (a) Providing of Service Engineer for visiting & servicing of 02 Nos 25 LPH & 01 No. 50 LPH capacity RO in Operational Area (ASR 28/10 & 29/11).

(b) Supply of following items for RO Maintenance as required.

(i) RO Booster Pump

(ii) RO Membrane

(iii) Carbon Filter

(iv) Sponge Filter

(v) Anti Scalant balls

(vi) Solenoid Valve

(vii) SMPS

(viii) Sediment filter

(ix) Pipe 1/4"

(x) Flow Restricter (FR)

SUB - HEAD : II : Misc. Electrical repair and maintenance works

1. Rewinding of 1- Phase, 230 V, 50 Hz, Motor of the capacity upto 3 HP with suitable gauge and insulation grading copper wire i/c transportation from site to workshop & back i/c Impeller, Bearing & servicing of pump sets (as & when reqd).

2. Rewinding of Exhaust fans/ pedestal fan/wallmounted fan of following sizes with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge & insulation grade i/c replacement of ball bearing, shaft etc. as reqd. Dismantling, transportation to workshop and back reinstallation, testing, commissioning, making connection, providing and fixing of necessary nut & bolts etc. (As & when required).(Old winding material will be retained by agency.)

3. Rewinding of ceiling fans of 1200/1400 mm with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge & insulation grade i/c replacement of ball bearing, shaft etc. as reqd. Dismantling, transportation to workshop & back and re-installation i/c connection, testing & commissioning (as & when required ). (Old winding material will be retained by agency).

4. Rewinding of 3-Phase, 440 V, 50 Hz Submersible Pump Set of the capacity of 5 HP with suitable gauge and insulation grading copper wire i/c transportation from site to workshop & back i/c Impeller, Bearing & Servicing of Pump Sets (as & when reqd.).

5. Rewinding of Single-Phase, 440 V, 50 Hz Submersible Pump Set of the capacity of 3 HP with suitable gauge and insulation grading copper wire i/c transportation from site to workshop & back i/c Impeller, Bearing & Servicing of Pump Sets (as & when reqd.).

6. Labour charge for dismantling of different size Submersible Pump Set / Pipe from the existing bore, as & when reqd, along with pipe lines, cable etc. and lowering/re-installation of the same after rectification of the defect. (As & when required)

7. Dehydration /Centrifuging of Transformer oil including Testing of Dilectric Strength before and after Dehydration Process i/c hiring charges of filteration machine, labour, drums etc. as required for existing Transformers. (As & when required)

8. Service charges for locating/ pin pointing of fault in 11/ 33 KV underground power cables of different size i/c carrying out the high potential test after each fault finding etc. (as & when reqd.)

9. Service charges for locating/ pin pointing of fault in LT under ground power cables of different size i/c carrying out the high potential test after each fault finding etc. as reqd. (as & when required)

10. Testing and Calibration of 01 no. Over Current & 01 no.E/F Relay installed in LT Distribution panel and AMF Panels at ASR Sub-Station as per the approved Relay testing format and submission of Reports for the same to E-I-C.

Sub - Head : III : Supply of Material/Spare/Accessories (As & when required)

(Note:- The Material/Spare/Accessories shall be as per AAI Approved List of Makes and as approved by E-I-C as per site requirement )

1. Supply of 18-20 watt LED T8 tube with minimum light 1650Lm with prior approval of EIC.

2. Supply of 36W, base 2G-11, 4 Pin CFL useful for 230 V, 50 Hz

3. Supply of LED (Ordinary Lamp holder type ) suitable for 220 V 50 Hz.

4. Supply of 1x36 Watts FTL (HPF) Electronic Ballast for use on 240 V, 50 Hz, single phase, AC supply for Fluorescent Tubular Lamps of above rated wattage and confirming to IS : 1534 part I/77 .

5. Supply of Fluorescent Tube Light Universal starter for 230/240 V, 18/20/36/40 watt.

6. Supply of ISI marked self adhesive PVC Insulating Tape (confirming to IS : 7809 part 3 / section-I having 7.5 meter length and 17/19 mm width.

7. Supply of Self Adhesive (HT) Tape suitable for Cable Joints of size 1" x 10 mtr. (Permacel-P-966)

8. Supply of Distilled Water suitable for top up the Electrolyte level of heavy duty Batteries used for DG Sets.

9. Supply of Flexible Wire 1.5 sqmm, PVC insulated copper conductor and PVC sheathed cables of 1.1 KV grade as per IS :694

11. Supplying of old Cotton Dhoties for cleaning of all Electrical Installations, Panel etc.

13. Supply of MCB, 63 Amps, 4 Pole, (Breaking Capacity 10 KA, 'C' series), Make : Havells or Equivalent.

14. Replacement (i/c Supply) of Digital Power factor Meter, 3 Phase, (as per sample) (As & when required)

15. Replacement (i/c supply) of LED Type Indicator for R,Y,B Phase of Red, Blue, Yellow colour and green suitable for 240/110 Volt AC as per sample, as per AAI approved Make.

16. Replacement (i/c supply) of LED Type Indicator lamp complete with accessories suitable for 110 DC Volt. Suitable for existing panel Make : L&T or equivalent.

17. Replacement (i/c supply) of LED based rechargeable Emergency Light suitable for single phase, 50 Hz, 5W alongwith 3.7 V, 4.4 Ah rechargeable battery, complete as reqd. (Model : LHEXTEP7HN1R005), Make : Havells or equivalent with approval of E-I-C.

18. Replacement (i/c supply) of LED torch 3 watt rechargeable , battery capacity 4V, 2000 mAh battery backup 5 Hrs approx. as approved by EIC.

19. Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

20. Repairing of earth pit with plaster as per direction o EIC.

21. Supply and fixing CI/MS cover plate for earth pit hinged with locking arrangement upto satisfaction of EIC.

22. Replacement(i/c supply) of 2x36 watt surface mounting, Powder Coated Industrial type Luminaire suitable for industrial application 240 V, 50 Hz supply with high performance Electronic Ballast (02 Nos.) of THD<10%, Top Cover, HF type with 2x36 watt FTL complete in all respect (i/c Supply) as required.(As an when required)

23. Supply of HRC fuse link of following ratings 80 KA breaking capacity 415 Volt suitable for existing panel switchgear. Make : L & T or equivalent

25. Replacement (i/c supply) of Lead Acid heavy duty Battery of 12V 25P 180AH capacity in full charged condition.(Make: Exide Express or equivalent as per AAI approved make) as & when reqd. (Note: The contractor shall quote the rate for the above item by considering the discount for existing old batteries which shall be taken away by the contractor)

26. Replacement (i/c supply) of DPX Cube ready to installed ATS, complete with factory fitted assembly of supply Inverter Plate, inter connecting Bus Bar Motor Operators, Connectors and other accessories with in built Mechanical & Electrical Inter Locking, should be suitable to equip DPX Cube MCCBs of 160 to 250 Amps. (Make Legrand : Cat No: 625381 or equivalent as per AAI approved make ) (As & when required)

27. Replacement (i/c supply) of DPX cube 630 Amp., 4 Pole Thermal Magnatic MCCB with breaking capacity of 36 kA (Make-Legrand, Cat No. 422007 or equivalent as per site requirement of AAI approved make) (As & when required)
