Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches or drains etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5m including ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres. a) Ordinary soil

Reinforced cement concrete work in beam, suspended floor roofs having slope upto 15 degree landingg s etc. 1) 1:1.5:3( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straighthening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. (b)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for all heights : (Shuttering for kerbing) a) foundation, fottings, bases of columns etc.

Supplying and installation of FIFA standard goal posts with football nets ( 2nos) and corner flags ( 4nos) complete

SECURITY FENCING

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls including attached pillasters, columns, pillers,posts, piers, abutments, return walls, retaining walls, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses,fillets etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centering shuttering etc complete.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straighthening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. (b)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etd. And removal of form for: (c) Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

Half brick masonry with first class brick in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (b)in cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4coarse sand )

20mm cement plaster 1 :4 (1 cement :4 fine sand).

Applying priming coat with ready mix primer of approved brand and manufacture on plaster surface (a) Ready mix primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats)

1.8m high polysteel goat proof fencing with 2.4m angle iron posts 50 x 50 x 6mm size placed 2.0m apart embedded in cement concrete block 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand : 6 stone aggegate) of size 25 x 25 x 60 cm fixing with nails and wire etc. including earthwork complete.

Providing and fixing angle iron (25x25x6) for strengthening of fencing including welding charges etc complete

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required as per local market rate

RETAINING WALL

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches etc. not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches and subsequent filling and compaction in 15cm layers as in column foundations, fence posts, etc. and disposal of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 30 metres. b)Hard Soil ( pick work )

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level: (a) 1:3:6(1 cement :3 course sand :6 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Coursed rubble masonry (First sort) with hard stone in superstructure above plint level and upto floor five level with: (a) in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. (a)Gravelly material

MAIN DRAIN
