Providing & Laying C.C (1:3:6) using 4 cm size B.H.G.Metal of approved quality including hoisting, lowering, laying, watering & curing,dewatetring, shoring, shuttering if necessary with cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all other materials etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.

RCC work of M20 grade with 20mm down graded size hard granite chips including costing and laying concrete etc. complete.

Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) In Foundation & plinth using K B.Bricks of size 10" x 5" x 3" having crushing strength not lessthan 75 Kg/cm2 in super structure after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in all florrs with all necessary projection, cutting mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks in cement mortar (1:6) In super structure after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in all florrs with all necessary projection, cutting mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in finished smoothover brick work afrer racking out joints including watering and curing with cost,conveyance taxes and royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

12 mm thick Cement Plaster (1:6) finished smooth over brick work including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Wall Priming one coat with wall cement primer water bound etc. complete

Wall painting 2 coat with Weather coat of approved shade to give an even shade including cost of paint including cost of primer

Fixing porcelin glazed decorative concept tiles in dados,skirting and in rises of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of tile.

Provision for steel letter naming

Iron work wrough and put up in trusses and record racks , cow catcher including material and labour cost.

Providing supplying,fitting & fixing of G.I pipe of 100mm dia of approved quality including all cost

Supplying and fixing MS Window Grill and Grill gate including cost of fabrication and cost,conveyance taxes etc. complete. (A/R page-225 /4)

Painting two coats with any approved paint including cost of paints of MS D/W. including cost of primer
