Supply only epoxy type insulator for support of busbar grade 1100 volt as per existing size.

Material only for control wiring of the panel with 1.5 sq mm multistranded, PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 Volt grade FRLS cable.

(Note:- Painting of panels / feeder filler boxes shall be carried out in different colour of paints as required at site and as directed.

M & L for repair, serviceing, release testing and comprehensive maintenance of fully automatic Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) of all LT panel and capacitor panel . Repair/maintenance work comprisr the followings:- (a) Disconnecting the ACB from existing position and opening, cleaning the dust of all contact points , servicing by using CRC and throughly cheking to detect the any fault then rectified the same by supplying and replacing the defect parts and after rectified the fault refitted the ACB in its position and commossioning and testing the panel . (b) Opening the panel and cleaning dust of the panel through vaccum cleaner, blower should not be used for cleaning. (c) After cleaning , checking the all cable connection, Busbar joint and tightening the loose connection and oiling all the nut Bolt of the same.(d) Cleaning and checking the servicibity condition of all the relays, contactor, fuse, Indicator switch, push buttom, control wiring, connector and replacing all the burn out parts assembled the panel i.e contactor, relay with new one.

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay brick common burnt sub class "B" old size (compressive strength not less than 75 kg per sqcm) for protection of cable laid in trenches for under ground cable all as specified.

M & L for Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 15cm before laying the cable & 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of bocki / by manual or by machine for crossing GI tubing of size 100 mm pipe for cable protection all as specified and directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 53,050.00 The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
