Supply and erection of 8m free standing single arm bracket 8 sided Octogonally continous tapered structured pole with base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 12mm as per IS-875 with following specification. Bottom Pole Dia - 130mm Top Pole Dia - 70 mm Thickness of Pole - 3mm The pole should be hot dip galvanized confirming to BESN ISO- 1461 with thickness of 65 Micron. The Single arm should be 1500mm length suitable for 70mm top. The Pole base plate to mounted on suitable foundation bolts of 4 nos J type M16X450mm including concreting with construction of masonry pedestal with suitable door opening on the pole to house 6A SP controlling MCB, 4way terminal block etc. with lock and key arrangements and with supply and fixing of 1No 150W LED street light fitting ( Higher End ) complete with necessary clamps with necessary cowl arrangements on the above post with PVC unsheathed leads from MCB control to the fitting terminal. This work also includes, 1. Providing centring work for 1.50 Sq.m for plane/vertical column,bed block etc., 2.Providing necessary concreting & masonry work to erect the pole, 3.Providing and laying in position of 0.14Sqm standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of work including fine curing. 4.The pole and bracket should withstand wind speed of 180 Km/Hr. All the nut, washer and bolt should be galvanised. Testing and commissioning should be done as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 80W LED Under Canopy Luminaire to be housed inside a 600mm X 600 mm frame (CG make Neptune Neo II LCNP-80-CD60M (600)/Eq) with suitable bolts and nuts with SMC Junction box to house 1 No.of 6A SP MCB and 4 way terminal block with hylam sheet and PVC insulated unsheathed SC FRLS Copper leads with necessary connection complete etc. (For under deck lighting ).

Supply and clamping of 4 x 16 sq.mm. PVC LTUG armoured cable on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Supply and clamping of 4x16 sq.mm PVC armoured LTUG Alu. cable in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class B) on wall / post with MS clamps.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 4 x 16 sqmm PVC LTUG aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc. with electrical connection complete.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland suitable for 4x16 sq.mm PVC LTUG armored Alu. cable with earth connection.

Supply and clamping of 3-1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC LTUG armoured cable on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3-1/2 x 25 sq.mm. LTUG armoured cable with earth connection.

Supply and Run of 4 of 10 sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI wire for service connection mains.

Supply and Run of 4 of 10 sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in 32mm dia GI pipe (class B ) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end support for service connection mains.

Supply and fixing of fabricated street light control panel of size not less than 3' x 3' x 1.5' made out of 16SWG CRCA sheet steel with lock and key arrangements painted with spray painting of 2 coats of red oxide and enamel paint with necessary superscribing & danger sign to be mounted on a suitable concreting pedestal with necesary supports with following provisions :

1) Supply and fixing of digital weekly programmable timer switch with shortest switching time of 1 minute for automatic turn on /off the lights. 2)Supply and fixing of 63A Four pole contactor 3) Supply and fixing of Vertical type 8 way triple pole neutral MCB distribution board in sheet steel enclosure double door type (Metal) with IP42 protection with 1 no. 63A 4 pole MCB as incoming,6Nos 32A 3pole MCB & 6Nos 32A SP MCB as outgoing with earth connection complete. The MCB DB and MCB's should be Higher End only.

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 3phase 63A service connection made up of suitable angle iron frame work of size 2 feet x 1 - 1/2 feet using angle iron of size1 - 1/2" x 1-1/2" x 1/4" rigidly fixed on wall covered with hylem sheet of size 2 feet x 1/2 feet of 6mm thickness with necessary bolts and nuts supports and supply and fixing of 3Nos.63A fuse units (500V),1No. neutral link, copper earth flat of size1"x1/4"with inter connection of EB meter to fuse units by 16 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper wire with 1No 63A 30mA fourpole RCD/RCCB (Higher End) with suitable necessary connection with earth connection complete.

Supply and fixing of 3 Phase 63A aerial fuse unit for 3 Nos 63A fuse units (500V) on suitable MS sheet covered with 6mm thick hylem sheet on suitable angle iron work the tapping pole with necessary clamps.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm, with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm, with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.

Supply and run of 1 of No.8 SWG GI wire for earth connection.
