Taking down old unserviceable sign board of any desription including frame work from ground surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in, and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer n.exc. 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50mm dia stainless steel pipe made out of 1.80mm thick superior quality steel sheet, as in frame structure of sign board including cutting, seemless welding and framing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Retro reflective, double sided Road Signboards comprising of 4mm thick Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) sandwiched with 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet on both side, factory finished or PDVF coated as base board, micro prismatic retro reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film, ACP sheet shall be routed, folded and fixed to frame with 24mm wide and 2.3mm thick VHB tape provided all around the frame including riveting at right angle face of the frame with POP riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia, spaced not more than 300mm center to center ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame, micro prismatic retro reflective sheet conforming to Type-XI of IRC:67:2012 shall be pressure fixed as background sheet on both side of ACP, which will be over laid with electro cut transparent film of approved make and colour to create a desired name information message including all materials required for fabrication, erection and installations and fixed to steel frame complete all as per specified and directed. NOTE: Stainless steel frame shall be measured and paid saperatly under respective item.

M&L for laying 2.5mm thick hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint in uniform thickness with glass beads as per clause No 803 of MORTH specification including cleaning of raod surface, heating of material within specified temperature limit for marking with necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cats eye of plastic body, of size width n.exc. 130mm and height n.exc. 20mm, best quality, made out of strong engineering high impact resistant polymer with electronic welded retro reflective lenses both side and fixed to raod surface with bituminous adhesive complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair road side delinators made out of 75mm bore mediam grade MS pipe of length 80cm long, protected all around with MS jalli, embedded in foundation of size 30x30x30cm with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggegate) up to 30cm below ground level and PCC coping above ground level and applying two coats of synthetic enamenal paint over a coat of zinc chrome paint and fixing with high intensity prismmatic reflective tapes of 137.5mm width red colour in 2 pieces and 137.5mm yellow/ white colour 1 piece alternatively including Taking down unserviceable delineators complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair speed bumps made out of heavy duty tough rubber of size 350x250x53mm, weight 1.20 Kg approx, colour black and yellow and fixed to road surface with bitumenous adhesive and as per manufacture instruction's complete all as specified and directed. M&L for applying two coats of weather proof anti fungal paint (Make: Apex of Asian paints or equivalent in Burger/ Nerolac/ Shalimar) over one coat of wall care putty as per manufacturer's instructions including preparation of old treated plastered/ concrete/ stone surfaces etc. complete all as specified and directed.
