3.2 b. To qualify for award of this contract,each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 satisfactorily completed (At least 90% of the Contract Value) as a prime contractor for atleast any construction work to an extent of 25% of the cost of the work of value not less than Rs.20.74Lakhs (Past experience) Certifed duly by the 0fficer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

3.2 c. executed in any one year in the last five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25, the following minimum 50% quantities of work 1)EWE/ EMBK/SUB in 1403.00Cum 2) PCC/RCC:362.00Cum 3) Steel in MT-3.1tonne(50% of peak rate of construction

3.5 Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity (A X N X5 - B)where A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years(updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited.B- Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 5 months (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited)

3.1All Tenderers shall provide the requested information accurately and in sufficient detail in Section 3 Qualification information. 1. To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last fve years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25achieved in at least one financial years a minimum fnancial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.82.97 Lakhs Financial Status (Certificate from CA with UDIN Number, if Failed to satisfy the condition tender will be rejected) (The turn over certificate shall have UDIN generated through ICAI Portal. Turn over certifcate without UDIN will not be considered and treated as invalid. The confirmation letter issued by Chartered Accountant shall also have UDIN generated through ICAI Portal)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.24.89 Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)
