Supplying, fixing and testing of ABC Dry powder MAP 50% (Stored Pressure type) Fire Extinguishers capacity 6 kg. ISI Mark consisting of welded MS cylinder (cylinder made out of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet bursting pressure SS Bar Hydro Pressure Testing pressure 35 Bar and working Pressure 15 bar) squeeze grip discharge value having mounting thread M-30 fitted with indicating, internal discharge tube, discharge nozzle and hose duly discharging ISI marked mono ammonium phosphate based ABC Powder (Dry Powder as per IS : 4308:2019) and pressurized with nitrogen gas, suitable for operating between -30° C to +60° C , fire rating -4A 89B. The colour of extinguisher should be PO Red confirming to shade 538 of ISS. The Complete Extinguisher should confirm to IS : 15683 : 2018. A table should be pasted on the body of the extinguisher showing : 1. Supplied by PWD , 2. Date of manufacture, 3. Date of Expiry / Date of next filling. 4. Brand name : Minimax/Ceasefire/Safex/Fire Shield.

Providing & fixing 4.5 kg. CO2 type Fire Extinguisher made out of seamless pipe confirming to IS : 7285 and Wheel type valve confirming to IS: 3224, including wire braided Hose of 1 Mtr. having working pressure of 180 Bar and Horn made of Polythene Fibre Glass along with powder coated wall bracket suitable for operating between -30°C to + 60°C , fire rating -34 B . The Colour of extinguisher should be PO Red confirming to shade 538 of 5. The Complete Extinguisher should confirm to IS: 15683 :2018. Refilling of Fire Extinguisher ABC Type (6Kg.) in conformation with the IS : 2190 - 2010 (Including Amendment no. 1-2014 & Amendment no. 2-2017) and IS-15683-2018 code of practice i.e. it is mandatory to recharge the extinguisher by manufacturer or authorized agent of manufacture of the existing fire extinguishers brand. Note that the certificates for satisfactory refilling have to be furnished from the manufacturer or its authorized agent at the time of supplying of the refilled fire extinguishers. All others statutary marking /levelling have to be done as per the IS-2190-2010 code of practice. Brand of Fire Extinguisher to be refilled : Shield = 25 nos.
