SCHEDULE "A" PART-I (ROAD)

Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock/ PCC of any description including properly stacking at work site complete all as directed.

Rolling and consolidating road formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Soling (or sub base) 200mm thick laid in two layers of 100mm thick each layer) with with broken boulders or quarried stone of size as per MORTH specifications, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller of capacity exc 8 tonne n.exc12 tonne complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE:- Rate shall be quoted by the bidders for two layers, 100 mm each & measured as one composite layer of 200mm after rolling)

All as per item No 1.03 above but except materials (servceable material retrieve from existing damaged road under item No 1.01 above shall be issued free of cost) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 225 mm thick wet mix macadam (WMM) (laid in three layer of 75mm each) using crushed stone aggregates of size as per MORTH specifications and spread using mechanical paver as specified, rolled with power roller exc 10 tonne not exc 12 tonne and consolidated as specified gradient and camber complete as specified ans as directed (NOTE:- Rate shall be quoted by the bidders for three layers, 75 mm each & measured as one composite layer of 225mm after rolling)

Preparing un surfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes and removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the ceaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all lose dirt etc and applying evenly a prime coat of paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kgs per 10 sqm with mechanical pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for premix bituminous macadam 50mm consolidated thickness with 4% binder content (Paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, paving bitumen of any penetration laid/spread uniformly by means of mechanical paver over WMM surface, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Add/Deduct over item no 1.07 here in before for each extra/less Kg of binder used.

M&L applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 05 Kg per 10 Sq m with mechanical pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M/L Bituminous Premix semi dence asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen VG-30 any penetration 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid using mechanical paver machine, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Add/Deduct over item no 1.10 here in before for each extra/less Kg of binder used.

M&L for cleaning and preparing the road surface and making good for road marking by applying reflective thermoplastic white road marking paint (HOT APPLICATION) conforming to BIS 3262 laid down through modern propelled road marking machine in a layer of CRYSTALEX and use of all ingredients such as binder, glass, beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, interfiller thermoplastic required for glass beads per square meter by incorporating the white glass beads for reflectivity in 100mm width complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F delineator ABS body fitted with 2 Nos 100 mm dia highly reflective effects made out of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 50 mm dia 16 gauge, 900 mm long duly powder coated with antirust and anti theft steel net in red/ white colour combination fixed in position complete with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate foundation concrete including earth wok in excavation in soft/loose soil as in post hole, removal of soil complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing of reflective glow sign board of size 1.0m x 0.75m made out of 1.25mm thick stainless steel sheets, fixed with stainless steel clip or welded to SS frame of 32mm SS pipe and 50mm bore SS posts not less than 1.5m height (2 Nos) and letters (Hindi and English) of size not less than 75mm height and width not less than 50mm each embedded with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as directed by Engr in charge. (Note : The rate quoted is inclusive of earth work & concrete etc)

S&F for Convex mirror including fitting kit of 60cm diameter mirror curvature 130 degree of any two eliminate blind sport to prevent accidents, superior optical quality covex mirror . The back of mirror with ABS martial's, eye catching colour with good warring effect of viewing distance up to approx 2 meter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Cat eye of size 100x90x18mm of polycarbonate lens working exclusively on micro prismatic lense type technology to be fixed epoxy resin adhesive after cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick, watering, ramming and finishing to required size, shape, etc, n exc 1.5 m high from base. (Note: Earth obtained under item No 5.01 above shall be shall be issued free of cost)

Moorum /red bajri filling in floors, pavings or road Berm, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-II (RCC BOX TYPE CULVERT)

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foudations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M - 25 Design mix (Using 20mm graded aggregate) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams;plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M- 25 Design mix (Using 20mm graded aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses here as in wall of drains, complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix using 20mm graded stone agg as in deck slabs suppoted on wall beams and the like, complete all as specified and as directed..

Steel Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, flat rough finished surface , complete all as specified and as directed..

Steel Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter , flat rough finished surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Steel Form work for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works not exceeding 200 mm thick., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for High strength TMT bars as in reinforcement 10mm dia & over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for columns, hooking ends binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying three coat of white wash , complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-III (HUME PIPE CULVERT)

M&L for hard core with broken stone or bolders of guage not exc 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 600mm bore Reinforced pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collors , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new cement concrete surfaces of any descripation and applying two coats of colour wash over a coat of white wash , complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-IV (AREA DRAINAGE)

M&L for Precast RCC (1:2:4) Type B 1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in cover slab of drain set in cement mortar 1:6complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bar 6 to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soil, material exc 250mtr but n.exc 500 mtrs and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC(SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or in position on wall as weep holes, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel including form, mould, mitred/stoped ends for 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct in Item No 4.05 above for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-V (MISC COMMON ITEMS)

M&L for excavation over areas n.exc 1.5m deep and geting out in soft/loose soil complete all as Specified.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for mix of fly ash, clinker & stone dust in proportion of 1:3 :6 (i.e 10% Fly ash, 30% Clinker and 60% Stone dust materials) laying in layers not exc 20 cm thick , watering , ramming and compacted with vibratory roller to get min CBR value 8% and Dry density 97 % placed at required camber and gradient complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excaveted material exc 50m but n.exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work using fly ash bricks (old size) built in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, coping, bed plate kerbs including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall , surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling, mass concrete or in the bed of RCC pipes complete all as specified and as directed.
