Desigining,Fabrication Supply/ installation/ testing and commissioning of outdoor type Automatic Light Panel ,double door (front & back openable door) of size 600 mm (H) x 600 mm (W) x 350 mm (Deep), made out of 2 mm thick CRCA powdered coated sheet alongwith Al busbar having interconnection with 10 sqmm FRLS/HFFR Copper wire including insulators, lugsDin Rail, connector etc. The feeder should have mounting stand made up off 35 x 35 x 5 mm angle iron duly primer and painted with 900 mm long legs (450 mm above the ground) including fixing the panel in suitable cement concrete foundation alongwith arrangement for incoming & outgoing cables, cable termination, earthing, locking, interconnection etc. as required. Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 Meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Supplying and Laying of one number aluminium conductor, XLPE Insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade , confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering..
