Material and labour for taking down old unserviceable Fire alarm Control Panel any type and Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of an addressable Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) equipped with a high-resolution all as per following specification:- (i) High-contrast graphic Blue LCD display (ii) The panel shall have two built-in inputs, two built-in NAC's and operate on 90-264V AC + 10% to -15% AC with 50-60 Hz and an inbuilt charger. (iii) The FACP shall have sufficient loop numbers with 10% spare capacity and built-in loop isolators at both ends. It shall have a loop load capacity of 900mA, capable of supporting 250 devices with 125 addresses per loop using smart addressing. (iv) The FACP shall have redundant communication (2) x ports for networking (v) It shall support broadcast options to transmit the configuration file to all available panels in the network. The system shall allow for monitoring and viewing of each device from other panels connected in the network with seamless connectivity throughout. (vi) It shall support an inbuilt or external printer if required and shall be suitable for a single FACP or network for 384 zones, 512 I/O groups, 512 sounder output groups with shared cause and effect on the network. (vii) The FACP shall be forward and backward compatible with older devices of the same make. (viii) Panel and devices should be of same manufacturer (ix) Contractor shall visit site before quoting the rates.

Taking down old interface card any type and Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of 422 Network Interface Card require for communication between Main & repeater panels as per the following specification:- .

The 422 interface allows a double peer-to-peer RS422 connection, making it possible to build a single, dual closed loop , redundant communication network between Main and Repeater panels. Interface allows one single RS422 connection. Note:- i) Contractor shall visit site before quoting the rate. ii) Contractor shall follow the the following instructions/directions of Engr-in-Charge while execute the work:- a) Panel and devices should be of same manufacturer b) Full electrical Isolation between connections. c) Independent network paths.

Taking down old unserviceable smoke detector any type and Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Analogue Addressable Optical smoke detector with standard base having capacity of min 125 detectors per loop. The detector must be polarity insensitive & smart addressable type all as per following specifications:- (a) Mechanical Dipswitch or Rotary addressing is not allowed. The detector must be tested from TF2,TF3,TF4,TF5 type of fires as per EN54 standards. Detector must have have insect protection facility for ants and flies with extra metallic mesh pattern. (b) The detector shall have non volatile memory to feed the installation date & site codes. It shall be made up of ABS material (Flame retardant 94 V0 rated) & should melt above 200 degree C. The detectors must be openable for cleaning whenever required. Note:- i) Contractor shall visit site before quoting the rate. ii) Panel and devices shall be of same manufacturer iii) Contractor shall provide skilled labour and T&P for execution of work.

Taking down old unserviceable heat detector any type and Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Analogue Addressable Heat detector with standard base having capacity of min 125 detectors per loop all as per following specification:- (a) The detector shall be polarity insensitive & smart addressable type. Mechanical Dipswitch or Rotary addressing is not allowed. Operating temperature transient -10°C to 85°C. The detector should have dual polling 360 degree viewable LED with 4 class approved response modes (b) The detector shall have non volatile memory to feed the installation date & site codes. It shall be made up of ABS material (Fire retardant 94 V0 rated) & should melt above 200 degree C. Note:- i) Contractor shall visit site before quoting the rate. ii) Panel and devices shall be of same manufacturer

Taking down old unserviceable Indoor manual call point any type and Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Dust and Vermin proof analogue addressable Indoor Manual call point with hinged cover having enhance front reset mechanism with viewable LED all as per following specifications :- (a) The MCP shall be made up ABS material (Flame retardant 94 V0 rated) & shall melt above 200 degree C. Note:- i) Panel and devices shall be of same manufacturer

Taking down old unserviceable sounder any type and Supply, installation and testing of addressable wall mounted Open Area Sounder all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Networkable Active Repeater and Supply, install, test and commissioning of networkable Active Repeater with high resolution high contrast graphic Blue LCD display all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Isolator any type and supply and fix new Isolator suitable for the system all as specified and as directed at site.

Taking down old unserviceable Smoke detector Junction box any type and supply and fix new Smoke detector Junction box suitable for the system all as specified and as directed at site.

Taking down old unserviceable cable from any location and Supply and laying of 2C x 1.5 sq. mm, PVC insulated FRLS Armoured copper cable with screen SLC Loop & Power Supply, including terminations, connections complete all as per specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. Note:- i) Contractor shall provide all material like insulation, cable glands, lugs, clips, clamps, saddles, for laying of cable along wall/floor/roof etc without any extra cost.

M & L for attending complaint for repair/replacement of rusted/broken pipe line, removing leakage of water pipe lines of size 80/100/150 mm Bore pipe of any description such as CI/DI pipe line at any location under AGE E/M-II including necessary welding work, excavation, earth work, dewatering, including repairs with suitable flanges, rubber packing, lead wool or any other packing material complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 11.00 above but pipe size 200 to 350mm dia -ditto- Note for item No. 11.00 to 12.00 :- i) Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 hrs to 2200 hrs and will be rectified within 12 hours after notification, failing which panelty @ ₹ 500/- per day per complaint shall be recovered ii) Cost for Excavation upto required depth, PCC demolition, earth work, PCC work if needed shall be mesured and paid under relavant items of schedule. Contractor should arrange JCB as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge at site. iii) Cost of Pipe, Fittings and mechenical joints if needed shall be mesured and paid under relavant items of schedule.

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5m in wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for taking out or laying pipe line and getting out in Hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, trenches around pipe line including spreading levelling in layers n.exc 25 cm after laying pipes and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exe. 50 m away from site and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone sett paving laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar of any description or thickness / depth completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete M-7.5 grade (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for stone sett paving complete all as specified and directed upto finished even and fair all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 150 mm long ,150 to 200 mm wide and 150 mm deep and sides dressed, bedded in cement mortar 1:3 joints 20 mm thick ; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Setting of stone shall be done as per the existing pattern and should be match with the existing finishes.

M&L for stone sett flooring with stone setts( except stone) of size 200 to 150 mm long ,150 to 200 mm wide and 150 mm deep and sides dressed, bedded in cement mortar 1:3 joints 20 mm thick ; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- i) stone sett obtained from dismantling shall be reused ii) Setting of stone shall be done as per the existing pattern and shall be match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for flush pointing 20mm thick to stone sett paving any description in cement mortar 1:3 with an admixture of metallic floor harder 5% by weight of cement all as specified an directed .

Removal of debris ( concrete, broken stone etc.) to out side defence land (distance exceeding 1.5 Km but 5 Km from the site ) and depositing where directed.

Supply only Mechanical joint collar coupling long sleeve with rubber washer, mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with both ends screwed of dia as per flange hole and required length each screwed end to be fitted with washers and hexagonal nut suitable for following dia of CI/DI/MS pipe complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement of Flanged stand post CI of 80mm dia 1.5m height including all necessary earth work, PCC work and necessary welding work for fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F fabricated MS bracket /supports for MS and CI Pipe line, made out of angle iron and flat iron including bolts, nuts, washers and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting,clearing bushes/small plants and grass surrounding the E/M installations and removing the debris to a distance of 50m complete all as specified and directed at site. Note :- Measurements shall be taken once in entire period of completion

M & L for removing the existing defective sluice valve spindle with check nut of any size and type from existing sluice valve of size upto 150 mm dia and replacement with new sluice valve spindle with check nut complete including new nut,bolts and gland packing as per existing complete all as directed. Note - (i) The contractor shall repair and refixing the spindle assembly within two days from the date of opening and making it functionable. (ii) Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 hrs to 2200 hrs and defects shall be rectified within two days after notification, failing which penalty @₹ 500/- per day will be recovered (iii) Contractor shall provide six month guaranty for all replaced spare parts of sluice valve.

All as per item No 35.00 above but size 200 to 350mm dia

M & L for preparation of the old painted surface of 80 to 200 mm bore CI/GI/MS Pipe and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in different colours as per colour code complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting and taking down carefully Electric driven pumping set of capacity 60HP (motor and pump) from foundation, disconnecting suction and discharge water line for carrying out repair work of pump set, dismantling of pump set, cleaning, repair replacement of all unserviceable parts, reassembling complete pumping set, reinstalling , mounting and fixing on base channel on existing foundation and coupling properly to existing motor with proper balancing and alingment including recoupling of suction and discharge line, testing on full load for smooth functioning all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rates including minor spares like gland, grease, nut bolts and major spares shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only. (ii) Contractor should visit site before quoting the rates. (iv) While taking out pump for repairs , the contractor shall make arrengement pluging suction and discharge line with dead flanges without extra cost, so that pumping of installation is not disturbed and there is no leakage of water. (v) The contractor shall repair and refix the pump set within three working days from the date of opening and making it functionable .

Note for item No - 41.00 & 42.00:- (i) Contractor shall visit the site and get the system understood or studied before quoting the rates in the tender (ii) Any loss to the govt property during execution of work contractor has to make it in his own cost. M&L for disconnection/dismantling of electric motor 3 Phase, 415 Volt, from installation & transporting to workshop for rewinding , taking out old unserviceable burnt winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire of same guage/size to get the same output of motor including material such as varnish, sleeves, leothariod paper etc and refixing the same in position with proper alignment, balancing and testing of capacities 60 HP all as specified and directed.
