Taking out old/defective cable XLPE/PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with aluminium conductor cable of size 150 sqmm 3.5 core from trenches/wall /poles/ under floor/above false ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Safe removal and refixing of false ceiling shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Supply and fix as in repairs GI strip 25mm x 4mm burried in ground / laid in floor / fixed to wall on saddles / on porcelain insulators etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable DB/bus bar box/Metal Clad AC box enclousure of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 3 pole MCCB 200 Amps ,50 HZ, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 25 KA,Ics=100%Icu , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 3 pole MCCB 160 Amps, 50 HZ, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 16 KA, ,Ics=100%Icu, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F MCB TP 25 to 63 Amps 10 KA, 240 volt 50 HZ 'C' Series all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F MCB SP 32 Amps 10 KA, 240 volt 'C' Series all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring of aluminium of any run any size cable including batten/conduit complete etc and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for submain wiring with four runs of 10.0 sqmm single core for phase and neutral and two runs of 10.0 Sqmm single core for earth wire PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size of multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS:694 marked through suitable size of rigid non metallic PVC conduit , medium grade, ISI marked ( not less than 25 mm dia) complete with all acessories and fittings concealed in wall including making good of disturbed surface with existing colour painting and on surface conduit above false ceiling, complete all as specified .( Note : 6 runs of cable and one run of conduit will measured as one unit for payment purpose.)

M & L for submain wiring with three run of 6.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size of multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade IS:694 marked through suitable size of rigid non metallic PVC conduit , medium grade, ISI marked ( not less than 20 mm dia) complete with all acessories and fittings concealed in wall including making good of disturbed surface with existing colour painting and on surface conduit above false ceiling, complete all as specified .( Note : 3 runs of cable and conduit will measured as one unit for payment purpose.)

Supply and fixing of Triple pole and earth encolsure with a three pin and earth plug with socket suitable for 63 amp 415 v complete with one triple pole MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming hard / dense soil in layers not.exc 25 cm each layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removal of excavated material & surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exe 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, spreading and compacting approved river sand intrenches for cable cushioning at bottom and top of cable all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in in trenches as protection to cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F as in repairs mild steel work in framed work such as frame ,straps, Ties Clamps,angle iron frame suitable for cable tray fixing including necessary fixing arrangments of cable tray,noubolts fastnuts etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 and incl painting to surfaces using two coats of metallic primer and a coat of red oxide paint of desired colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Virified Ceramic light shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match flooring( in any pattern)/skirting and jointed with neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 and pointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles as in floor complete all as sepecified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300X 450X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match incl back plaster 10 mm thick in cm 1:4 .complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick walls incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the debries outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in - Charge.

M&L for rendering CM (1:6) 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces etc including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls over a coat of primer incl 1 mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls over 1 mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
