Opening cutting and taking out old burned/damaged winding of following fans and rewinding of fans with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and capacity including all insulating materials refilling of metal in shaft, oiling with fresh oil, greasing with best quality grease, varnishing with best quality air dry varnish, cleaning of serviceable ball bearing/bush, re-assembling of fans and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete. (Ball bearing/bush if required new will be measured and paid separately as supply only). Note : (i) One electrician and one helper will report daily to JE E/M for repair to Ceiling/exhaust fan except sunday/holiday for entire contract period. (ii) The contractor should repair/replace if any spares damaged with in its warranty period (6 months) with out any extra cost. (a) Ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep any make to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

(b) All as per Si No 1 above but ceiling fan 1400 mm sweep any make to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

(c ) All as per Si No 1 above but exhaust fan 350/400 mm sweep any make to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

(d) All as per Si No 1 above but exhaust fan 250/300 mm sweep any make to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

(e) All as per Si No 1 above but wall mounting fan any type ,capacityand any Make to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only following new parts for fans & air circulators to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge Ball bearing for ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Taking out unserviceable condenser/capacitor from the fans and new capacitor 230 volts, 50 HZs, 2.5 MFD (dry type) suitable for ceiling fan and connect the same in circuit and testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No14 above but new capacitor 3.15 MFD to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 14 above but new capacitor 4 MFD suitable for exhaust fan to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for carrying out remetalling in worn out shaft, cutting and polishing to make the shaft suitable for fixing of new ball bearing and fixing ball bearing in replacement of bushing system in ceiling fan and assembling the same and testing to the satifaction engineer in charge to ensure smooth and noise free operation to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (bearing shall be measured and paid seperately )

Taking down carefully exhaust fan any sweep and make, dismantling of blades, frame and opening and examining fan motor, cleaning of dust/.dirt of fan, cleaning and greasing of ball bearing and bushes with fresh oil and best quality of grease respectively, including applying synthetic enamel paint to achieve glossy finish white/coloured as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and marking MES No with black paint and reassembling of complete fan and re-fixing in its original location making connection and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete. Note:Ball bearing, bush and PVC insulated cable if required will be measured and paid separately as supply only

Supply only PVC insulated copper wire size 23/0.0076 to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down carefully ceiling fan any type, sweep and make for overhauling incl dismantling of blade frame and opening and examining motor cleaning of dust/dirt of fan cleaning and greasing of ball bearing and bushes with fresh oil and best quality of grease respectively and reassembling of complete fan after re-fixing parts in its original location and hanging connecting and testing ceiling fan for smooth functioning incl replacement of rubber real insulator and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray painting machine & marking MES No. with black paint complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge .Note : Bearing, bush, condenser and insulated cable if required will be measured and paid separately

Supply only Down rod for ceiling fan made out of 15mm bore medium grade G.I. Pipe including cutting, threading, drilling holes and making grooves,and spraying paint with two coats of synthetic white paint fixed in repairs complete of following lengths:- (a). 24" long/ 60cm long

(b) 48" long/ 120cm long

Fixing only exhaust fans after repair/rewinding and connectig up including provision of cable from ceiling rose/connector to fan to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Fixing only ceiling fans after repair/rewinding in repair and connectig up including provision of cable from ceiling rose/connector to fan to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (Fans repair under si no 1 to 5)

S&F in repair/replacement of ceilling fan blade of 1200/1400 mm sweep as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 'S' type hook made of 12 mm dia MS round bar/MS flat strip 40x4 mm of appropriate size after taking out old rusted wornout hook to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Disconnecting all water and electric connections of geysers and taking down carefully installed storage type electric geysers of any capacity of any make/type/size (horizontal/vertical) lowering and setting aside opening geysers examining and checking thoroughly for requisite repair/ replacement of defective/worn-out/ unserviceable components/parts materials including preparing inventory for each geyser separately in presence of Engineer-in-Charge and removing all scale and dirt de-scaling of deposited in inner copper tank and outer tank and heating elements by HCL or aqua clear pedilite solution, thermostat, indicator lamp, assemble checking electrical connection, stopping of minor leaking by soldering/brazing of the inner copper tank and replacement of defective worn out unserviceable components/parts (new components/parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only herein after) & re-fixing geyser in its original location including hoisting, connecting to water & electric connection and testing for proper functioning of geysers including earthing to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.Note:The replacement of heating element, fusible plug, indicator lamp, thermostat, CP connection and inner tank and outer tank will be done only when it will be found unserviceable/un-repairable after de-scaling the same to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge /after approval of engineer in charge

Supply only following parts/components of geysers of suitable capacity size, shape as per existing make conforming to IS complete. (a) Base cover plate suitable for any capacity geyser complete all as specified and directed

(b) GI fastner bolts including nuts washers off sizes suitable forfixing of any capacity geyser as required at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

(c ) Stain less steel Inner tank suitable for geyser of 25 ltr capacity corrosion resistance as per existing make to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

(d) Stain less steel Inner tank suitable for geyser of 50 ltr capacity as per existing make to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

(e) Glass wool superior quality suitable for any capacity geysers all as specified and directed.

(f)Rubber ring gasket superior/made out rubber having holes to suit the hole of base plate suitable for any capacity geysers to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

(g)PVC copper cable flexible 3 core round heavy duty size 40/0.0076 suitable for geyser any capacity to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

(h)Fiber reinforced PVC nylon pipe heavy duty size 450 mm long 15mm bore with brass coupling chromium plated with rubber washers at both ends as per IS.

(j)Heating element 2 KW any type for geyser any capacity to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Preparing existing painted surface of geyser by washing and rubbing with ammery paper and applying white duco paint by spray painting machine to achieve glossy finish and colouring with red blue duco paint as ordered and rewriting of existing MES No.in letters and fgures 2 cm high with black paint complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
