Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting chases on brickwork concrete surfaces not exc 10cm girth and making good in cement mortar (1:3) the existing surface after carryiing out the concealed wiring including necessary finishes all as directed by engr in charge
