M&L for preparation of surfaces of existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top/concrete surfaces and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 at the rate of 05 kg / 10 sqm by mechanical sprayer and M&L of 40 mm thick (consolidated Thickness) Bituminious premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi- Dence Concrete using 5.5 % binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen with minimum Marshal stability 1200 kg/sqcm) by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mix plant and pre-mix material laid with mechanical paver incl premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen and including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller and minimum 5Km/hour to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MS rectangular delineator black colour with mild steel tube of 1000 mm height, 100mm width, 30mm thick & 2 - 2.5 kg approx weight, duly powder coated and 3x white retro reflector of size 150mmx80mm of 3M type-XI including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair 500mm to 1000mm dia Convex mirror for visibility and fixed with 50 dia SS pipe medium grade ISI mark (Height of pipe not less than 1.20m from ground leve) & embeded in post holes size (200mm x 200mm x 400mm) in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) & including earth work & excavation returning filling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Cat Eye as (Road Stud) of 120mm x 90 mm size made of poly-carbonate moulded body with electronically welded prismatic retro range on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with bituminous adhesive BT-69 any discription complete including removal of old cat eye complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and directed. M & L for preparation of bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 15cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction inccluding cleaning of surface by removing all dust, dirt, oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Retro reflective sign baord out of ACP sheets of 4MM thick, back ground should be any colour and writing materials should be in white or any colours as approved, including lettering of any size, colour and numbers as approved including welding or reveting with frame etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts, complete, including fixing the post with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts, any ornamental pieces etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed.
