Taking out old unserviceable, burnt out sealed unit compressor by means of unscrewing foundation nut bolts, disconnecting from suction & discharge side mechanically and electrically and S & Fixing new sealed unit compressor of approved make and capacity 230V, AC including transportation all as specified and directed. Note 1 : Refrigerant gas R-32 will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule 'A' Note 2 : For new compressor, contractor will produce OEM certificate and produce guarantee certificate for 5 years to the department.

Taking down unserviceable/damaged wall mounted copper cooling coil unit of split type AC (Inverter or reguar type) complete by means of disconnecting elecrical connection and suction and discharge pipe line and S&F new cooling coil unit of suitable capacity of existing (dismantled) model or equvialent make approved by Engineer-in-charge including remote control, proper fixing on wall, connecting to electrical system, suction and discharge pipe line, drain water pipe line all as directed, commissiong and testing complete for satisfactory performance of unit after gas charging of following capacity including transportation. Note:- Before taking down the unit the gas shall be stored in a container for refilling, additional gas (if requried) shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule

M&L Servicing of Indoor & Outdoor unit of vertical type AC 305/3 TR capacity including leak testing between indoor and outdoor unit pipe line, leak arresting, brazing, and replacing the filter after that cleaning/washing with caustic soda to condenser & cooling coil, cleaning of entire elements of AC, oiling/greasing to motor, painting to base tray with two coast synthetic enamelled paint, including taking out and refixing the machine at its original location including transportation, connecting of all electrical connections, testing & commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Servicing of indoor & outdoor of cassette type AC of any capacity disconnecting the indoor and outdoor unit of 3.0 TR capacity including leak testing between indoor and outdoor unit pipe line, leak arresting brazing, and replacing the filter after that cleaning/washing with caustic soda to condenser & cooling coil, cleaning of entire elements of AC, oiling/greasing to motor, painting to base tray with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint, including taking out and refixing the machine at its original localion including transportation, connecting of all electrical connections, testing & commissiong complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Servicing to water cooler of any capacity after disconnecting the water cooler from electric and water supply, cleaning/washing the condenser unit with use of Caustic Soda, cleaning the condenser coil, greasing the fan motor, checking/repairing the electric wiring thoroughly, cleaning of water storage tank, replacement of push cock washer, applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint in basement area housing compressor & condenser and fan motor all as directed by Engineer-in charge including writing SM No with capacity in redium stickers, date of servicing and CA No. in 30 mm size letters with black paint. Note for Item No 06 to 10: 1 :The rate quoted including cutting, welding, brazing, and de-scaling refrigerant tubing. 2 : Spares will be measured and paid separately.
