Tack Coat - Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM / WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5.

Tack Coat - Providing and laying Tack Coat over Existing BT surface using 2 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5.

Bituminous Macadam - Providing, laying 50 mm consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20 cum of 26.50 - 13.20 mm, 0.43 cum of 13.20 - 2.36 mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36 mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30 Grade bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen, aggregate and mixing the minimum required temperature using Central hot mix plant 20 - 30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire and fuel charges for 20 - 30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5.

Bituminous Concrete - Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 - 9.50 mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50 - 2.36 mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMPsite, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 - 30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8 - 10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 - 30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B including cost of all labour charges, materials, tools, equipments and all incidental charges, including compacting with power roller, watering, including all hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants, removal of other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming of bottomof excavation backfilling, clearing up the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc.,complete as per standard specification. Providing and fixing Seepage pipes of 100mm dia PVC pipes of required length for Retaining Walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, cost and labour for 900mm dia. Semi-spherical back fill arrangements with 100mm size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc., to drain of the Backfill in the PCC Retaining Wall.

Refilling behind Retaining wall with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per Technical specification clause 303.1 and as per directed by Engineer in charge

Road Furniture Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35- 2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per MoRT&H specification No.803

Providing and fixing reflective road studs of “category A” Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / ABS moulded body and reflective panels (bi-convex-reflectors) with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro – reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No.RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dated 11.06.97 and the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635kg tested in accordance with ASTN D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro-reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 Sq.cm The slope or retro-reflector surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORT & H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks of not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall beprovided for better anchorage.as directed by the departmental Engineer.

Providing and Erecting of Retro - Reflectorised Hazard Marker Traffic Sign made out of High Intensity Prismatic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type-IV standards of IRC-67: 2022 and ASTM D 4956 –09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm Mild Steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75X75X6mm and 0.60m below ground level. The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2022 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cmX45cmX60cm size including cost and conveyance of all materials, equipment, Machinery and labour with all leads and lifts, loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the engineer-in-charge. High intensity Retro - Reflectro sheet shall consist of minimum coefficient of Retro-reflection as per Table 6.6 of IRC 67-2022. The retro- reflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 year warranty issued for field performance and a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report shall be obtained as per IRC 67:2022. (as per MoRT&H Specification No.801)

The sign post should be painted as per IRC 67-2022 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete
