Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 in ceiling on concrete surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment , from wall through electrically operated grinder,/ Sand paper/ steel patti complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of surface as filling of holes with filler material and applying 3mm thick wall care putty in two layers inlcuding grinding with sand paper & levelling of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over existing prepared putty base surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls/ceiling and applying one coat of exterior emulsion pain (weatherproof /Apex) including scaffolding arrangements upto two/three storey, trestles, ladders etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
