M&L for 20 to 25mm machine cut pre polished kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, window cills,dado and pillar laid over cement mortar backing coat jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and including over 10 mm thick Rendering in CM1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carry out application of Bi -polar migratory corrosion inhibitor (make, M/S Krishna conchem (EPCO KP -100) / BASF ( master protect 8000 CI) on RCC surfaces , complete all as spd and directed .( Note: Mode of measurment superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. M&L for filling cracks with polymer based chemical (Dr fixit cracks shrink free or equivalent) for cracks not exc 10 mm in width as per manufacturer instruction on wall surfaces on concrete or masonary including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of loose and disintegrated concrete of RCC structural members viz slab, beam, column and lintel etc by low impact hammer including removal of debris outside MD land. Cleaning of exposed reinforcement bars with wire brush and apply two coats of anti-rust protective chemical at suitable intervals all as per manufacturer's instructions to resist further deteoration of reinforcement bars. Apply approved epoxy based bonding coat on concrete surfaces to achieve sound bond between existing and new concrete. M&L for profilling of structural members with polymer modified mortar 1:3 mixed with and including 15% latex polymer by weight of cement (w/c ratio 0.35) including leveling to match the surface. Application of complete treatment shall be through approved applicator all as per manufacturers instructions (Bauchemic Krishna or Sunanda) including scaffolding for following 20mm average thickness of polymer modified mortar complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring of any type such as Concealed/surface/batten/casing and capping (light fan, socket or power) complete including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp/bracket holders, sketch/bulk head fittings, regulators, sockets, board outlets etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floor, ceiling etc for rewiring and repairs etc.

Notes:- (i) The contractor shall procure the above materials either directly from the manufacturer(s) or their authorised dealers only and shall produce the original purchase vouchers alongwith original manufacturer's test certificates and other authenticated documents in compliance of the provisions as mentioned in the above item. Also all the requisite testing as specified above, in relevant IS and as directed by the GE shall be got done by the contractor. Cost of all the above elements shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates. (ii) Any additional quantity of Earth Enhancing Compound in case required to obtain the desired results, the same also be provided by the contractor without any additional cost to the Govt. and quoted rates of above item shall be deemed to include the above element also. (iii) Necessary earth strip to connect equipment shall also provided by the contractor
