Dismantling of damaged fall ceiling with aluminum work and adjusting hangar control room & Kiosk Ist.

Providing & fixing powder coated aluminum work (minimum thickness of power coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/angle section of approved make confirming of IS:733 in frames of fall ceiling including aluminum perimeter angle cleats with necessary CP braces/Stainless steel sunk screws aluminum perimeter angle fisec to wall with rawl plugs @450 mm centre and fixing the frame work to GI level adjusting hangers 06 mm dia with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawing and direction of the supervising Engineer.

Providing & fixing of 06 mm diameter GI level adjusting hangers (upto 200 mm length) fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flants 40x3 mm diameter 40 mm long complete as per direction of supervision Engineer.

Providing and fixing fall ceiling with 12 mm thick plain semi perforated or with design ceiling tiles of BWP type phenol for maldehyde synthetic resin bended pressed particle board confining IS 3078 finished with a coat of aluminum primer on both side and edges and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of Approved quality on exposed face fixed to a grid made out of anodized aluminum (with 15 micron anodic coating) T section 35x15x1.5 mm size main runner and cross runner 23.5x15x1.5 mm fixed to main runner placed 600 mm centre to centre both ways so as to from A grid to 600mm square. The frame work shall be suspended from ceiling by level adjusting hangers of 06 mm diameter M.S. Rod fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats. The suspenders shall be placed 600x1200 mm centre to centre including fixing to the frame with C.P brace screws and applying a priming coal of zinc chromate yellow primer.

Wiring of L&F 5A with piano key type switchyard of standard make like Anchor using PVC insulated copper wire of 1.5 sq mm of good quality as ISI specification and earth wire 0.75 sq mm in casing capping type wiring along with wall & roof including junction boxes fitted with white sunmika base and other material of approved quality for completion of work in all respect.

Supply and fixing of decorative recessed Energy Efficient LED fitting of size 600x600mm of 36 watt syska make.

Providing and fixing of sub main distribution box 2 way IPNDB with 100Amp MCB isolator and 02 Nos SPMCBs of different capacity of Havell”s make with sheet metal enclosure of 16 SWG of proper size to accommodate above fixtures.
