PART- B [WORK] "Construction of 33 KV Overhead Line"

Fabrication & erection of single pole on STP 11.0 Mtr long including digging of pit, fixing of all accessories and clamps including painting of pole as per RESPO norms.

Laying Stringing & sagging of new ACSR Dog Conductor of 33 KV line including binding jumpering etc.

Fixing of earthing rod as per norms complete in all respect. (Contractor shall provide all the material)

Nozeling and grouting of extra stay sets at angle locations (All the civil material will be arranged by the contractor)

Gaurding of line as per RESPO Norms

Grouting of ST Poles as per RESPO Norms.

Construction of Double Pole for 33 KV Line

Fabrication & erection of Double Pole on STP 11.0 Mtr long including digging of pit, fixing of all accessories and clamps including painting of pole as per RESPO norms.

Construction of Four Pole for 33 KV Line

Fabrication & erection of Four Pole on STP 11.0 Mtr long including digging of pit, fixing of all accessories and clamps including painting of pole as per RESPO norms.

Nozeling and grouting of extra stay sets at angle locations (All the civil material will be arranged by the contractor)

PART- C [WORK] "Construction of 33 KV U/G Line Double Circuit"

Fabrication & Erection of exposure D/pole on 11 Mtr STP support with supply and mounting of necessary clamps and other accessories for holding cable of D/P with clamp. Grouting of D/pole in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand & brick Ballast & painting of pole with 2 coat of ISI Mark red oxide, Two coat of Al. Paint as per RESPO Norms.

Fixing of earthing rod as per norms complete in all respect. (Contractor shall provide all the material)

Nozeling and grouting of extra stay sets at angle locations (All the civil material will be arranged by the contractor)

Grouting of ST Poles as per RESPO Norms

Laying of 33 KV XLPE cable 3x300 sq.mm (Double Circuit). XLPE cable as per ISS 1255/1983 of amendment thereof by Trenchless Technology method by Deep Drilling System. The job includes the cost of excavation of Earth, laying of cable inside it. The work is to be carried out as per Govt. approved Drg.

Hanging Hosting & clamping and G.I. Pipe Channel nut & Bolts 3x300 sq mm XLPE 33 KV Cable (Cost of all accessories will be borne by contractor) as per RESSPO Norms.

Installation and Fixing of Heat Shrinkable Type 33 KV Cable joiting Kit 3x300 sq mm XLPE Cable Box as per norms.

High Pressure testing after completion of laying of 33 KV XLPE cable, Fixing of joints & termination. (Testing equipment shall be arranged by the contractor)

PART- D [WORK] "Construction of 11 KV Line"

Fabrication & erection of single pole on STP 11.0 Mtr long including digging of pit, fixing of all accessories and clamps including painting of pole as per RESPO norms.

Laying Stringing & sagging of new ACSR Dog Conductor of 11 KV line including binding jumpering etc.

Cradle Guarding at road crossing, 11 KV line crossing, canal/telephone line crossing by fixing M.S. channel 100X50x 3500 mm at double pole and 2600mm long at single pole by stringing and sagging of 3 No. G.I.wire, tightining with mounting, (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)

Fabrication & Erection of Exposure D/Pole on 11 Mtr STP support with supply and mounting of necessary clamps and other accessories for holding cable of D/P with clamp. Grouting of D/pole in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand & brick Ballast & painting of pole with 2 coat of ISI Mark red oxide, Two coat of Al. Paint as per RESPO Norms.

Laying Stringing & sagging of AB cable (3x120+1x95+1x16) sq. mm

Erection and Commissioning of Three Phase Distribution Box with help of clamps as per norms. (Cost of clamps, nut & bolts shall be borne by the contractor)

Disconnection and Reconnection of Existing LT cable connection in the path of Shifting of line as per follwoing details.

L.T. Consumer single phase cable connection .

PART- G [WORK] "Shifting of Double Pole Existing 25/63/100/250 KVA T/F to New Place"

Fabrication & erection of Double Pole on STP 11.0 Mtr long including digging of pit, fixing of all accessories and clamps including painting of pole as per RESPO norms.

Dismantling of existing 25/63/100 KVA Transformers of Poles, Shifting to new place and then erection and mounting of T/Fs on poles

PART- H [WORK] "Plinth and Fencing of Transformes"

Construction of 400/250 KVA Transformer plinth suitable size for shifting of plinth mounted Distribution Transformer as per required size as per RESSPO Norms. (All material will be provide by contractor)

Shifting of Tramsformers from old plinth to the new constructed plinth and fixing all connection complete in all respect up to enersization.

GI Pipe bor earthing for all plinth T/Fs 250/400/630 KVA as per RESSPO Norms (All material will be provide by contractor)

Fencing work for T/Fs plinth of size 15x12x8 and angles of suitable size should be grouted on all 04 corners and 01 side for gate. Gate will also be constructed and Jali for fencing will be constructed as per RESSPO Norms.

PART- I [WORK] "Dismantling of Existing 33 KV Line, 11 KV Line & L.T. line"

Dismentling of existing 33 KV line including cutting of ground level of existing poles, stacking and carriage of received back material from site to ESC Sultanpur.

Dismentling of existing 11 KV Line including existing pole stacking and carriage of received back material from site to ESC Sultanpur.

Dismentling of existing L.T. Line including cutting of ground level of existing poles, stacking and carriage of received back material from site to ESC Sultanpur.
