CIVIL WORK

Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150 mm layers well watered, rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth within the godown or inside compound in places shown with initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. Clearing, leveling the site, shoring, strutting, bailing of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and filling in foundation with Gravel in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and filling 40mm guage HBGS stone jelly for dispersion trench including loading conveying and unloading and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling 20mm guage HBGS stone jelly for dispersion trench including loading conveying and unloading and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated including watering etc., complete

Providing and Laying RCC precast well ring of size 1.20M dia outer width, 5cm thickness for dispersion trench as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying RCC precast cover slab of size 1.20M dia outer h 5CM thickness for dispersion trench as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply of NP3 class RCC pipe confirming o IS458/2003 including cost of pipe, all other incidental charges, testing charges including loading unloading etc., complet as directed by the departmental officers.

Hoisting and fixing of NP3 Class RCC pipe and collars in proper gradient including all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officres.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including mixing by mechanical means de-watering side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1:1 ½ :3 ( one cement, one and half sand, three aggregate) using 20mm of hard broken granite stone for all RCC works using machine for mixing concrete excluding cost of centering, Strutting, shuttering, and fabrication of reinforcement and placing the grills in position etc., but including finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. in foundation and basement.

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm 10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cm x 6.50cm at about 90cm centers with casuarinas props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir, wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing period as directed by the corporation officers. The rates should inclusive of cutting, bending, welding charges of M.S.sheets; M.S. angles etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed. Column footing, Plinth beam and top tie beam.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C.works including cost of steel, labour for straightening, bending, cranking, tying grills with 18 gauge galvanized binding wire and placing grills in position complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

BRICK WORK in cement mortor 1:5(one cement, five sand) using best quality Country bricks of size 8" 3/4"x4 ¼ x 2 ¾ “ for walls including cost of scaffolding curing, finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. In foundation and basement.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50 kg of cement used, cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position first quality and approved variety of Gun metal Gate Valve / Wheel Valve of 32mm dia with ISI make including cost of shellac, thread balls, etc., complete.

Supplying, and fixing PVC pipes of 32mm dia of approved quality and variety conforming to pressure IS 4985. The rate is inclusive of cost of pipe, all taxes, conveyance charges of materials and all other labour charges for fixing the PVC pipe as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipe should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on work. In foundation and basement.

Supplying and fixing of M.S Gate of size 6.00Mx1.80M in two leaves with B Class pipe of size 50mm dia pipe alround and 15cm dia pipe vertically at 15cm intervals including fixing of 18 gauge M.S.Sheet at bottom / middle of gate 50cm height including cost of all furniture fittings, aligning, fixing in position with two coats of anti corrosive metallic nut brown colour paint over one coat of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of High profile colour galvalume sheet (as per ISI Standard) with combination 55A1:43 4Zn:1:6SI of TCT bent type 0.47mm thick not less than 150 GSM and standard width of 1.06m with yield strength of 550 MPA made from high tensile/ CR sheets of approved quality for roofing with necessary fixing arrangements like 65m and long hexagonal head screws with EPDM rubber seal etc., complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (Test certificate for quality should be furnished on receipt of material at site)

Supplying , fabricating, hoisting and erection of MS angle TRUSSES & PURLIN of ISI including drilling holes and painting the purlins with two coats of anticorrosive metallic nut brown colour paint of approved quality and colour over one coat of red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position of best approved quality of rain water down fall pipe of 110mm dia having a pressure of 4Kg/sq.cm including cost of PVC bents, PVC shoe, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws nails etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the junction of roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
