33/0.4 KV 250 KVA T/F.
LT PVC cable of size 3.5x240 sqmm.
Other line material such as MS channel angle, 33 KV Isolator, 33 KV Fuse set, ACSR Dog conductor, insulator, clamps, nut & bolts etc.
Fabrication of 33 KV isolator and fuse set structure.
Digging of pit & erection of 33 KV isolator & fuse set structure including grouting with cement, sand & stone ballast.
Providing & laying of HDPE pipe of dia 160 mm through trenchless method for laying of cable by horizontal boring machine below the ground level of 1.0 to 1.5 mtr.
Laying of U/G. LT PVC cable 3.5x240 sqmm.
Complete chemical earthingof 33/0.4 KV, 250 KVA Distribution Transformer by digging pits 6” dia upto 3 mtr. deep including chemical filled pipe in between (pipe-in-pipe) ISI mark B Grade & connecting with G.I strip of size 50mm X 6mm with neutral/body of 33/0.4 KV distribution transformer to above pipe-in-pipe (PIP) and filling of chemical crystalline conductive mixture containing highly conductive material around the (pipe-in-pipe) up to 3 Mtr. including making of chamber at the top of the earthing. Other details are as below:- 1. Earth pipe material – mild steel, Galvanized. 2-Main Electrode diameter – 42.4mm. 3-Auxiliary Electrode pipe, Diameter – 76mm. 4-Wall Thickness of main Electrode: - 2.6mm. 5-Wall thickness of auxiliary lst hole: - 3.2mm. 6- Length of earthing electrode (PIP):- 3 Meter.

Installation of 33/0.4 KV, 250 KVA T/F.
Fabrication and fitting of 33 KV isolator and Fuse set structure
Jumpering & binding from 33 KV line to Fuse set, isolator, T/F.
The construction of new Plinth of Size 6’X6’X5’ above ground level and one ft. below the ground level for 33/0.4 KV 250 KVA T/F.
