JOB ORDER FOR PROVISION OF 24 x EXHAUST FANS AND 13x CEILLING FANS FOR COVID-19 WARD AT COMMAND HOSPITAL (WC) CHANDIMANDIR

The following job is required to be carried out through trade for the provn of 24X Exhaust fans and 13X ceiling fan at COVID - 19 Ward of ComdHosp under GE(P) , ComdHosp (WC) Chandimandir :-

(i) Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm 5 star rated sweep ,double ball bearing, blade type metal,colour white, motor speed 380 rpm,electroplated decorative flanges for elegant look, glossy powder coated paint for superior finish and longer life, operating voltage: 230 volts, including necessary provision for hanging in the ceiling ,complete all as specified and directed. MAKE : Havells/Crompton/Bajaj- 14 Nos (ii) Exhaust fan heavy duty 250mm sweep, 1400 rpm, 240 volts, with louver having feature such as totally enclosed heavy duty motor with pressure die cast aluminium rotor mounted on two ball bearing, aerodynamically contoured handle maximum air with minimum power consumption ,rigid frame with rubber mounting for silent operation , including with core flexible cable of sutaible size from exhaust fan to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed including PVC twin core flexible wire upto point including making suitable opening in existing wall and accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make bajaj / Crompton- 24 Nos (iii) M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (For phase and neural), with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), single core, multistranded, FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI 694 marked drawn in and including heavy duty PVC casing caping with fittings ISI marked, terminated in junction box incl 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) single core, multistranded, FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified for One light point controlled by one switch/one fan point/one bell or buzzer controlled by one switch & fan regulator.- 38 Nos (iv) S & F modular metal flush terminal boxes with lumina plate and frame suitable for 6 module complete all as specified and directed.-08 Nos (v) S & F modular metal flush terminal boxes with lumina plate and frame suitable for 1-2 module complete all as specified and directed. -14 Nos (vi) S & F switch modular type single pole one module, 6 Amps complete all as specified.- 38 Nos (vii) S & F ceiling rose 3 pin, 230 volts PVC polycarbonate insulated body complete all as specified. Make : SSK/CONA/ANCHOR.- 38 Nos (viii) Modular fan step regulator 120 watts for 48"/56" sweep ceiling fan 2 module complete all as specified. Make :Anchor- 14 Nos Note : Checking shall be carried out by Engineer – In – Charge (a) Funds are available to meet the cost of demand.
