Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of Cloud-Hosted multiuser web-based software with 2-years defect-liability period with following modules: (i) Head End System (HES): to acquire meter data automatically from DCUs and monitor parameters acquired from meters. (ii) Meter data management Modules : The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data. (a) 30min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters - cumulative energy , Power, Current , Voltage, Power factor and frequency. (b) Monthly and quarterly billing survey data for cumulative energy and max demand. iii) Billing Module : The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end user. There should be provision for entry of change in the tariff structure by the MES staff as decided time to time. (iv) Occupation and Vacation module: The system would supportoccupation/vacation based on the unit categories. (v) Website: There would be a dedicated website for AGE/GE and BSO team to view all the data and information along with customer portal for use of customer. The designated users in MES would have the admin access to the application. The MES Staff would also have the access to the key information on mobile App (Androi and iOS based) for admin use complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of DCUs/Gateways and the arrangement of Sim cards or Internet to enable reliable medium for two-way communication between Smart Meter & HES. The data acquisition (Push/Pull) frequency shall be configurable. It shall push events such as tamper, power off etc. to HES immediately on occurrence/receipt from meters. It shall have provision for the cellular, WiFi and Ethernet communication for the backhaul to HES. It shall be capable to handle data of minimum 1000 Nos. of any type of smart meter (1ph/3ph). It shall be able to communicate with the nearest meters at a distance of at least 500 m, depending on topographical features. Communication of the nearest meters with other meters shall be established through appropriate mesh formation. RF Mesh shall support self-forming and self-healing features. The equipment shall be weather proof and dust proof (minimum rating: IP54 for indoor and IP65 for outdoor installation). It shall have rechargeable battery with backup for 1(one) hour for normal meter reading, to push tamper event, carry out on demand reading, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing services for maning and operation of Lifts at Married accommodation for officers at DHQ-4 by employing 02 Nos qualified Lift Operator in two shifts (One operator in each shift i.e, two shifts in a day to operate, rescue in case of failure / emergency) including Sundays and holidays. Man power and Nos of lifts as given below for the entire system including cleaning and upkeeping of equipments and surroundings etc. complete all as specified and directed.Details of the Lifts are as follows for the 1st year:- (a) Passenger Lift of Capacity 544 KGs, 8 Passangers 9 stops and 9 landings - 01 No (at Married accommodation for officers at DHQ-4) (b) Passenger Lift of Capacity 884 KGs, 13 Passangers 9 stops and 9 landings - 01 No (at Married accommodation for officers at DHQ-4) Shift Details TRADEMAN: 01 Lift operator x 02 shift per day =02 Lift operator per day Total Shift = 02x334 =668 shift Shift Timings:- 1st Shift : 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (01 Lift Operator) 2nd Shift : 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (01 Lift Operator)
All as per item No 15.55 here in before but for 2nd year Note for Ser Item No.15.55 to 15.56:- (i) One qualified lift operator per each shift of 08 hrs as mentioned above shall be deployed including sundays and Holidays (with necessary releiver), accordingly the duty roaster to be submitted by the contractor before commencement of month. The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of wages of the reliever. (ii) The Contractor shall employ lift operators having recongnised qualification with adequate experience in similar nature of work. (iii) Manning & Operation of lifts shall start after completion/handing over of projects.

(v) Replacement of all ceiling lights to LED lights, including replacement of Ceiling if required for fixing lights, etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge shall be included in the over all rate quoted. (vi) Functioning of all emergency telephone service inside the Car and Control room including replacement of telephone if required shall be included in the over all rate quoted.
