Demolition of brick wok or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with modular fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item No 2 above but except bricks. Note:- Old serviceable bricks to be used as received from demolition .

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, modular type, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints , hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fare face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth @ 3% by weight of cement without using extra cement & with using integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Internal water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seperately 'Only' .

Supply only internal water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of cement based primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggeregate) as in bed block, coping etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing o at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, mesh of any size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link MS galvanised chain link fencing 75x75 mm mesh size complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in embedding of fencing post etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new surface of steel of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete 1:5:10, type E-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foudations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, sub base under interlocking tiles/chequred tile, etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC nominal mix, 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs & similar work not exc. 250mm thick on rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed
