Seat- seat made up of fiberglass reinforced polymer of thickness 5mm- 6mm and provided with a smooth surface on top so as to avoid damage to the clothes of the person sitting on it. Plate: hot dipped galvanized flat plates of size 385x50x8-10mm welded to the pipes so as to provide a proper flat surface for its erection purpose holes are drilled on the plates of dia 11mm for insertion of anchor bolts. Bench frame made up of 25nb hot dipped galvanized pipe bend acting as a support to the seats with structure for handle support behind the seat and backrest, which are coupled to each other by means of nut and bolts. Powder coating: it shall be done with pure polyester raw material. Dry film thickness maintained within the range of 50-70 microns.it is tested for adhesion test with the help of cross hatch cutter instrument. Nut and bolts: galvanized/s.s./allen bolt/button head allen bolt & nuts / nylon lock nuts are used with pvc bolt caps. All open ends of pipe been closed by gi/pvc caps for user safety against entrapment.
