Repairs to RCC roof treatment, chain link fencing, drain, plinth protection and painting to steel sheds and OH water tanks at CQA(V) under GE (S) Ahmednagar

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor & paving n.exc. 15cm thick below or above ground level all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC), any section, including taking out embeded portion in concrete/ brick work masonary and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed

Excavation in post holes, in any type of soil (Avg of soft/loose and hard/dense soil) each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50m and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC,1:3:6, type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in surfaces channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC, 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping, cills, plinth courses, bed blocks, apex stones etc including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc and similar works conforming to FE 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars as in line bars for fixing chain link fencing etc complete conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolt (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, 5 to 10mm dia and length of bolt exc 5cm but not exc10cm, fixed to posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing of any size or type as approved by GE all as specified and as directed. (Note : Payment shall be allowed only after ascertaining weight of chain link as per actual at site through BOO as ordered by GE.)

Fixing only chain link fencing, any size or any type and securing bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs, for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet, comprising with the following treatment/specifications from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and disposal of rubbish n exceeding 100 mtr distance from starting point. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm for laying APP membrane. (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm. Note: Water proofing compount shall be measured and paid seperatly.

Supply only water proofing compound complete, ISI mark all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, Path and hard standing( below over head tank area) etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonary surfaces or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of over head water tank of 21 mtr height and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified and as directed. (Note : The cost of scaffolding and safely measures shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.)

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of sheds, any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The cost of scaffolding and safely measures shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.)
