Laying of underground 11 KV XLPE Cable of size 3x185 sq mm in double circuit with construction of Trench with trench cover of size 600 mm wide & 600 mm deep with Bricks works in ratio 1:4 with cement, coarse sand and 09 inch thick trench wall will be constructed. M.S. Channel filled with fine sand including supply of all required material. The work also includes digging & excavation of soil 900 running mtr as per RESPO Norms with complete all work as required. (All the required materials for above job shall be provided by contractor except 11 KV XLPE Cable size 3x185 sq mm)

Fixing of O/D Jointing Kit for 11 KV XLPE Cable size 3x185 sq mm with complete all work as required.

Fixing of S/th Jointing Kit for 11 KV XLPE Cable size 3x185 sq mm with complete all work as required.

Fixing of 3 Phase-4 W, Static LT TVM with metering cubical at 250 KVA T/F with bracket clamps for three phase meter box including all the jumpering & connection with the system are included in the scope of work.

Fixing of 11 KV D.O. Fuse Set at Double Pole with D.O. Fuse mounting Channel, clamps and nut & bolts including all associated work.

Construction of masonry type T/F plinth, suitable for mounting of distribution transformer. Size of the plinth will be 1.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr (LxBxH) solid with brick work. 75 mm thick C.C. in ratio 1:4:8 with cement, coarse sand and brick ballast laid on the base and 75 mm thick done on all the exposed sides to the plinth as per RESPO norms. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)

Placement of 11/0.4 KV T/F from dump site to newly constructed T/Fs Plinth & installation and commissioning of 250 KVA T/F and All the jumpering & connection with the system are included in the scope of work.

Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job-

Al. Lugs for T/F @ 04 nos. for each T/F

Copper L-piece of appropriate size @ 04 nos. for each T/F

Earthing of Neutral of Transformer & Transformer body by way of boring and lowering of ‘B’ class G.I. Pipe 1.5” dia from ground up to the water level (Minimum 40 ft. Deep) with a solid cone at the lower end of G.I. pipe. Connecting and bringing out contineous G.I. Strip size 32X5 mm. from the cone to the ground surface where it will be connected with G.I. pipe clamp from which Transformer neutral & Body connection being done by G.I. Strip as per RESPO norms . (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)

Supply & Fixing of L.T. Tailless Fuse Unit/L.T. Distribution Box at 250 KVA T/F (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)

Laying of LT PVC Cable of size 1x400 sq mm from Transformer to LT Fuse Unit system including all associated work. (All the required materials for above job shall be provided by contractor except LT PVC Cable)

Fabrication and erection of Distribution Transformer fencing around Transformer and L.T. Distribution Pillar Box including cost of M.S. Angle size 40x40x5 and M.S. Flat size 35x5, fixing of welded steel wire fabric on steel frames by welding of 10SWG wire fabric, including Painting of two coats of paint in iron based surfaces with ready mixed paint to give bus green shade including cleaning of oil & dust as per RESPO norms. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)

11 KV Cable Hosting including jumpering etc. complete work with help of G.I. Pipe as per RESPO Norms (G.I. Pipe and other required material shall be provided by the contractor)

Fixing of 1 Phase Electronic KWH Meter, 10-60 A at premises with the help of board of size 4x6 ft. MCB 16 A with box etc. including all the jumpering & connection with the system are included in the scope of work. (All the required materials for above job shall be provided by contractor except 1 Phase Electronic KWH Meter, 10-60 A)

Laying of LT Armoured Cable size 2x6 sq mm including all associated work. (All the required materials for above job shall be provided by contractor except LT Armoured Cable size 2x6 sq mm)

NOTE:- (1) All the material provided by contractor shall be as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO. (2) One carriage including loading/unloading from dump site to pit site is included in scope of work. (3) During execution of work all risk will be of the contractor. (4) Contractor will provide all T & P, vehicle and man power. (5) All the old and used material should be taken on book. (6) The quantity may be vary ±20%.
