M&L for precast RCC (1:1½:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in manhole covers, landings, chullah hoods, chajjas with plain faces set in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of existing manhole covers and scraping and separating reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level precast factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L taking down cracked loose plastering from highly deteriorated portion of RCC beams, pillars, chajjas, slab and lintels, cleaning of reinforcement bars of any size in RCC member by scraping and removing the rust completely by using suitable rust removing liquid (Shali Prime RC of STP Ltd or equivalent) and applying epoxy based anti-corrosive paint (Shali Prime Zn R of STP Ltd or equivalent) as per manufacturer's instructions, recasting RCC member with cement concrete (1:1½:3) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with plasticizer admixture powder STP No. 1 of STP Ltd or equivalent @ 1kg per 50 kg bag of cement including finishing and matching with existing surface including 10mm thick rendering over concrete surface in cement mortar (1:3) and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The work is to be executed upto a height of 12.00m from the ground level and the quoted rate shall be deemed to include for this aspect. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for element of special scaffolding required for executing this item. (iii) Replacement of reinforcement, wherever necessary shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this BOQ.

M&L for providing RCC (1:1½:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc., basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing RCC (1:1½:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness above footing including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) using old size fly ash bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and stair railing and similar works including attached pilasters, buttresses etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L dismantling MS work as in doors, gates, grills etc. and re-fixing the same after repairs including application of one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm dia and over mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-500D complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting V-shaped groove in RCC roof slabs, beams, lintels etc. and filling the same with Dr. Fixit Epoxy Injection or equivalent as per manufacturer’s recommendations complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried out upto height upto 12m and quoted rates shall be deemed to include for this aspect. No extra payment on account of working on required height or provision of special scaffolding shall be admissible.

M&L for applying 3mm thick APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.6Kg/ Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, black finished on cold sticker and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlap after necessary preparation of roof surface over 10mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions including water proofing treatment consisting of the following including removal of existing roof treatment and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified:- (i) One coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (ii) One coat of bonding material of blown type bitumen of grade 85/ 25 heated with working temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applied @ 1.20 Kg per square meter of the surface area. (iii) A layer of APP modified polymeric membrane of specified thickness and weight. (iv) Top most layer of surface finished with one coat of heat resisting aluminium paint @ 0.10 ltr/ Sqm. Note: Quoted rates shall be deemed to include the cost of taking down existing outdoor AC units and re-fixing in existing location after carrying out the roof treatment.

M&L for applying 3mm thick APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.6Kg/ Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, black finished on cold sticker and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlap after necessary preparation of roof surface over 10mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions including water proofing treatment consisting of the following including removal of existing treatment from vertical surface and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified:- (i) One coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. M&L for PVC rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment using hardner with glossy finish laid as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls etc. including racking out of joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in two coats i.e. 1st coat 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and 5mm thick finishing coat in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with PIDI PROOF LW compound @ 200ml per bag and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this BOQ

M&L 15mm thick machine cut Granite slabs (of any type) of size as directed as in skirting/ dado/ wall cladding laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick machine cut Granite slabs (of any type) of size as directed as in flooring bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of weather proof paint (APEX ULTIMA PROTEK of Asian Paint) of approved shade over and including a coat of white primer and 2 to 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Work shall be carried out upto height of 12m and quoted rates shall be deemed to include for this factor including provision of special scaffolding. (ii) Work shall be got carried out through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, and treating oil and greasy spots of walls by suitable mechanical means and applying two coats of weather proof paint (APEX ULTIMA PROTEK of of Asian Paints) of approved shade over and including a coat of white primer and 2 to 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Work shall be carried out upto height of 12m and quoted rates shall be deemed to include for this factor including provision of special scaffolding. (ii) Work shall be got carried out through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plastered surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paint plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.
