M&L for complete removal existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for single component polymer modified repair mortar with compressive strength minimum 38 MPA at 28 days (ASTM C 109:99) and tensile strength minimum 2.5 Mpa (ASTM C 307) up to 15mm in a single coat @ 34 Kg per Sqm for 15mm thickness as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proof cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the plastered / old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step1. Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute. Step 2. Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 Ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3. Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M& L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operation single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 Mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology abd capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 RPM, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & color stay Technology. Excellent Dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram / litre as per the LEEDS specification, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 Ltr (undiuted)/10 Sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instruction applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of point application with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 1 to 6 above (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & water proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacture of which the materials i.e. paint distemper, cement base paint, putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Enginner. (b) The contractor shall submit 'Memorandum of understanding' (MOU) with the manufacturer to GE for approval within 30 days from commencement of work as per work order No 1.

Removing vegetation/ Paint from wall, roof, over chajjas water tank etc, growing in any position complete including removing roots, building upto 2 stories height including necessary scafolding and necessary tools complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated distemper surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and distempering walls by applying one coat of acrylic based distemper emulsion of any tint/ shade including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for wiring letters of figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high with thick synthetic enamel paint without showing signs of brushes mark (if necessary they shall be repainted untill the diseired result obtained) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement and sand mortar 1: 4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for newly plastered surface of wall any applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement based primer of any tint/ shade including washing floors etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement and sand mortar 1: 6 finished even and smooth without using extra ecment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls by applying wall care white putty and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion of any tint/ shade over a coat of cement based primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thcik on concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old floor/ hardstanding/ pavers block/ chequered tile surface anbd applying two coat of floor paint over a self priming coat as per following working specification: - (a) Wash surface with a house to remove loose dust and scrub with brush to remove algae/ fungus and moss growth. (b) After diluting the emulsion with 30 to 40% water applying a self priming coat. (c) Wait for 6 to 7 hous, then add two coats of floor coat emulsion after thinning with water to obtain brushable consistency. Make : Indigo or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (camouflage pattern) having VOC less than 50gm/ Litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additive @1.43 Ltire/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 Litre/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 and top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (camouflage pattern) having VOC less than 50 gm/Litre and UV resistance as per IS15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @0.9 Litre/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (Item No 26 to 28) The work is for maintenance of various assets. Demand for works will be given to contractor as per requirement throughout contract period. The items may required to be done in patches also. Contractor shall have no extra claim on this account.
