Supply,installation,testing,commissioning of following modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume air cooled outdoor units suitable for cooling and heating having 100% hermetically sealed inverter type rotary/ scroll compressor(s),minimum two compressors(with individual separate PCB) for above 14HP module,microprocessor based controller,top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R-410A refrigerant or equivalent,Vibration isolators with suitable masonary foundation work etc. complete as required.To have a better efficiency condenser fan shall be capable to operate at different speed with respect to load.The unit shall deliver the rated capacity and in confirmation as per IS 18728:2024 and CPWD specification and work even at 50 degree celcius ambient temperature without tripping.The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/-10%,3 Phase,50 Hz AC power supply and BMS compatible.The unit shall be filled with first charge of refrigerant and ready for use as required.The condenser should be coated with hydrophilic film to prevent water accumulation on the surface of the heat exchanger,enhance water dispersion and reduce the risk of degradation,thereby improving overall performance and durability.The ISEER of the unit shall be as per ECSBC-2024 as below and complete as per CPWD specification ,connections and interconnections etc. as required. (The ISEER should not less than 5.6)

Supply,installation,testing,commissioning of following minimum capacity 4 way flow compact VRV/VRF Cassette type indoor ceiling mounted unit equipped with synthetic washable media pre filter,fan section with low noise fan/dynammically balanced blower,multispeed motor,coil section with DX copper coil,electronic expansion valve,outer cabinet,drain pump,grill,necessary supports,vibration isolations,corded less remote control and neceessary accessaries etc., suitable for operation on 230V +/- 10%, 50Hz,single phase ACsupply,complete as required.The unit must shut down upon receiving signal from BMS systemThe unit shall be capable to adjust air flow as per room requirement automatically.The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 degree C DB and 19 degree C WB temperature. (Make will be same as of outdoor unit)

Compact Cassette type indoor unit 1.5 TR

High Wall type Indoor unit 2.0 TR

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity and external static pressure VRF/VRV ceiling mounted ductable type Indoor unit equipped with washable synthetic media pre-filter ,fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower,multispeed motor,coil section with DX copper coil,electronic expansion valve,corded remote control,outer cabinet,vibration isolators, drain pan, grill, other necessary supports etc., suitable for operationon single phase AC supply 230V±10%,50Hz complete as required. The unit shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiveing signal from BMS System. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature. (Make will be same as of outdoor unit)

Low/mid static ductable indoor units 2.3 TR

Supply and fixing of 22G GI sheet mouth piece connection on the outlet of each ductable indoor units as per requirement.The mouth piece connection shall be air tight & water proof.

Supply and fixing of 300x 300 mm size, made out of 22G GI sheet box type assembly having pre filter (EU4, more than 90% effecinecy for 10 microns) with volume control damper, bird screen etc, completed as required.

Supply, Installtion,Testing, Commissioning including vaccumiazation and nitrogen testing of nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping(Thickness greater than or equal 0.8 mm) for VRV/VRF system,complete with fittings,refnets/Y-joints/ branch headers/connection piping kits with suitable ring type hanger supports,jointing/brazing including accessories,insulated with XLPE class-O tubler section/with class-O closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of 12/19mm thickness for suction and liquid lines,all accessories as per specification etc. as required:

Supplying and fixing following size powder coated M.S. ‘C’ channel type trays with cover including connectors, bend, tee etc. and fitted on wall/floor/ roof with M.S. fasteners, supports, clamps/MS hanger etc. as required.

250 mm width X 75 mm depth X 1.0mm thickness.

Supply and fixing of follwoing sizes piping drain on wall complete with fittings and clamps/supports etc. The joints shall be properly sealed with rubber based adhesive to ensure proper bonding. The rate shall include PVC Coupler, reducer, socket, bend, Tee as required as per the site to connect with the Drain Hopper of IDUs.

Supply and laying of following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade for power supply to indoor unit i/c providing and laying of suitable size PVC conduit where ever required etc. as required.

Supply and laying of following size overall shielded Control cum Communication cable in suitable PVC conduits between indoor and outdoor units.

2C x 1.0 Sq.mm shielded cable

Supply of following sizes of 1.1KV grade copper conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armored cable conforming to IS : 7098 (Part-I) 1988 of as required.

3.5 core x 25 Sq.mm. copper Cable

Laying and fixing one number of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on surface wall as required.

Up to 35 Sq.mm

Supply& making one end termination with heavy duty single compression brass gland SIBG type, copper lugs duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape etc. for following size of armoured PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia. copper earth wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / UG cable as required.

Supplying & fixing powder coated extruded aluminium Return air grills with louvers but without aluminium volume control dampers complete as required.
