FRAME WORK

Supply,installation & fabrication of MS base frame for both indoor and outdoor unit and other nesessary material to complete the job.

Supply,installation & fabrication of Insulated drain water piping from indoor to nearestdrain point separate to all and other nesessary material to complete the job.

Supplying, diluting and preparing chemical emulsion like Imidacloprid 30.5 % SC or other chemicals approved by Central Insecticides Board or as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as Pre-Constructional Anti-termite Treatment confirming to IS 6313 (Part-II) and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building, expansion joints, surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. at the rate of 7.5 liters per sqm on vertical surface and 5.0 liters per sqm on horizontal surfaces, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm center to center (or as directed by the manufacturer) including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, loading, unloading, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Grading-VI Material as per table 400-2, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC,carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 .

Providing, fixing &fitting of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade and approved make,variety,colour & size made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved design and shape,laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarese sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc.including cost,conveyance,royality,of all matrials,labour T&P etc.complete in all respect as per direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at near ground level kerb stone of M-30 graded cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curveture, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or with out groove( thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage poening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (precast C.C kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge)

Loosening levelling & compacting original ground suppourting embankment to facilitate a placement of 1st layer of embankment up to a depth of 150mm mixed with water at OMC & then and then compacted by rolling as per Clause 300.20 for embankment construction as per Clause No- 305.3.4 of MoRTH specifiction.

A structural adhesive compatible with (EPS) foam shall be used for bending the core material, The material and process for manufacturing the door shutters shall conform to RV-TIFAC composites Design Centre's standards and specifications and the door shutters Conforming to relevant I.S.specification. The finish of door shutter will be plain colour white/ Ivory/ Beige/ Light grey/ Mahogany/ Teak wood or any other colour using high quality pigments. Three heavy whight mild steel butt hinges type-I(ISI marked) size 100mm are to be fitted on one side of shutter.
